This house is great for large family get togethers. The pool and hot tub are great amenities, but the proximity and access to the beach was the best! The kitchen was stocked well with any cooking utensil you would need. We will definitely rebook this house.

Host was very communicative leading up to the stay. The location was amazing. We enjoyed walking to the beach, the pool. Local coffee and food were all delicious. A quote from one of the girls this weekend, "these windows are so clean it looks like I'm seeing things in HD."Overall great trip, location and wonderful host.

Our family of 16 had an absolute amazing experience. We had little ones with us, and our group’s age varied from 1 to 70. Everyone had the best time for the whole week we were there! We cannot wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo rental in Clearwater, Florida! Our group of 10, consisting of two families with four adults and six kids, had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our vacation. The house was very spacious, and the pool and jacuzzi were absolutely awesome and a big hit with everyone! The location was super convenient, just a short distance from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy everything Clearwater has to offer. The host was always accessible, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this property to other families or larger groups looking for a great place to stay in Clearwater!

Our family of (3) senior couples enjoyed very much Coastal Breeze. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean with all the comforts of home. The salt water pool is wonderful along with the hot tub. It’s located right across the street from the beach, 30 minutes from St. Pete and Clearwater. We all enjoyed our vacation and this is a must visit home for your family vacation.

Overall we found everything better than expected! Any issues we came across were handled quickly by the owners. We would definitely consider going back. The house was phenomenal. Be prepared to go up & down a lot of steps! It’s good for you. We loved the proximity to the beach and a great restaurant. We even walked to the Indian Shores souvenir shop. About a 20 minute walk north & one of the only places you could get something that said “Indian Shores” on it

What a fabulous home! Home was sparkling clean. Our family of 14 were very comfortable. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well-stocked. There were lots of games and books and even a big basket of stuffed animals that our grandkids loved! The pool and slide were great fun and the walk to the beach was very short and easy! Tons of beach toys, chairs, towels were available too! We couldn't have picked a better home for our vacation!

We had a wonderful week at Coastal Breeze, we were a family of 17 and never felt like we were over crowded or cramped. The kitchen and dining area were spacious, the upstairs living room gave the little kids room to play and run around. Having 3 Master Bedrooms allowed for multiple families to travel together. The bunk room was a great space for the cousins to spend time together. We loved that the crosswalk for the beach was right at the front of the house and that the pool offered shaded swimming to get out of the sun. Our kids loved the pool and slide. The house was perfect for our large family. We will absolutely return.

There is truly no better place to stay, especially with kids. Seconds from the beach, a playground, and a coffee shop. Beautiful property with pool, hot tub, water slide. We had an excellent time!!!
