Everyone will enjoy their own privacy with each bedroom having it's own bathroom and the location cannot be beat! It also has a LARGE SIDE YARD where your kiddos can run and play! Just two minutes from INDIAN POINT MARINA and just 5 minutes from SILVER DOLLAR CITY, this vacation home is quite a find!

The Space:
Walking into this fun and colorful vacation home you can't help but smile! Bright colored wallpaper fills each room and unique furniture pieces make this space a cheerful retreat! There is lots of seating with two full living rooms and plenty of space for games and meals together at the oversized dining table. This home features 2 king beds, 5 queen beds, and 3 bunkbeds, so plenty of space to host your large group!

Then step right outside the kitchen door to your own private outdoor firepit. Relaxing in the bright blue Adirondack chairs around a wood burning fire will complete your evening after a day full of Branson adventures. There is also a large side yard, just the perfect size for a game of corn hole or just letting the little ones run around. The outdoor charcoal grill is ready to grill up some burgers and hotdogs and enjoy eating them around the outdoor picnic table in this unique Ozark's location!

Guest Access:
Guests will have the ENTIRE HOME as well as access to the OUTDOOR POOL within the community (open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend)!

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a beautiful area of Branson surrounded by Table Rock Lake called Indian Point. Indian Point Marina is just a two minute drive from the home, out on the tip of Indian Point, were you can rent a boat or jet skis to get out on the water and enjoy all this lake community has to offer!

Getting Around:
Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is conveniently located just 3 MILES from the home!

The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 14 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities, just 22 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With Indian Point Marina only 2 minutes from the home, renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

For those trying to avoid stairs, the ground level of this home has the kitchen, living room, and 3 bedrooms with NO STAIRS needed to access!

Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
No need for keys, you will be sent your code for the front door keypad a few days before your stay so you will be able to check yourselves in! We want to give you your space but we are local and will be available if you do happen to need anything!
