The Space:

Nestled within a tranquil resort in scenic Branson, Holiday Ridge Retreat 10 boasts the perfect location to relax and unwind with unforgettable days in the beautiful Ozarks! Spend hours at the video arcade, frolic in outdoor pools, and flaunt your skills at the 18-hole golf course. Great for groups, this is a combination of 2 units next to each other, with adjoining deck doors that open up to each other. Both living rooms have sofas that convert to a sleeper, a TV, and dining table for 6.



Each kitchens comes equipped with appliances to make you feel right at home. With additional counter seating.



Combined the units sleep 12 between 2 bedrooms, and a sofa sleeper in each unit:



Unit #10:

- Bedroom #1 is the master with a king size bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, and stand-up shower.

- Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart TV, and shared en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is accessible from the living space also.



Unit #11:

- Bedroom #1 is the master with a king size bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, and stand-up shower.

- Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart TV, and shared en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is accessible from the living space also.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

-The parking and entryway lead to the second floor. You have to take the stairs to reach the 3rd floor with 16 steps to reach the units

-A washer/dryer is included.

-Parking available in the parking lot for 4 first come first serve spaces.

- If more space is what you are looking for, the unit next door can be rented together. To rent both units look for Holiday Ridge Retreat Duo or contact Customer Care.

-The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

-The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.

-Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

-Please note that the cost of using the Holiday Hills Golf Course is not included in this rental.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

The best way to explore the area is by walking, hopping on a bike or climbing onto the free downtown trolley.
