Good vacation home

The home was nice and clean, we had plenty of room and there was plenty of things for the kids to do. Besides no televisions in the room I don’t have any complaints.

Nice place and location

House was nice! Only issues: oven was disgusting, a few hangers, no closet space or dresser so had to live out of suitcases the entire vacation. Weather was cold and rainy so didnt get to do much outdoors but location and Branson were beautiful.

Cozy and comfortable

The location was perfect! Walking distance to the lake and not far from town. The setup was nice with a pool and a secluded area. The house was very clean and I loved how it was separated.

Relaxing

We had 9 for a ladies weekend, had booked with more expected. Home was very comfortable. Pool was just steps away. Very quiet area. We will/would book again!!

Nice house

The house was nice. Updates around and clean inside. Outside, however, there were cigarette butts everywhere on the ground. The bbq could use an upgrade, just to a Webber, and a scrub brush would be nice. The pool was a total disaster. Green bottom. I would not let my children swim in it. That was a major disappointment. The deck is in need of some stability.

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback. I've reached out to the HOA regarding the condition of the pool and the cigarette butts around the property. I understand how frustrating that must have been. The HOA does have a service in place to clean the pool daily, so I’m not sure why the bottom appeared green during your stay, but I’ve flagged this for immediate follow-up. Similarly, they are responsible for maintaining the common grounds, and I’ve raised concerns about the cigarette litter so that it can be addressed properly.As for our property, my cleaner confirmed that the porch is swept and the area around the home is checked for trash during each turnover. I truly regret if that fell short in your case.The back deck is being replaced on Monday, August 11, and we're currently evaluating options for a new grill to improve the outdoor experience moving forward.We’re committed to making improvements and appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. I hope we’ll have the chance to provide a better experience in the future."

Good little get away

It was a fun little get away. Close to the marina and Sliver Dollar city. There was enough space for everyone to hang out. Pool was just a few steps out side the door. The only negative would be that the beds are not that comfy and the vents need to cleaned. No problems getting into the house.

It was ok just not ready when we arrived but the cleaning staff were helpful and friendly! The heating and cooling is a bit off, the upstairs is way hotter than the downstairs and no way to balance the temperature because of no fans upstairs maybe that would help. Overall not a bad place or price.

While this is an isolated incident, we want to assure you that our cleaning crew has consistently provided excellent service in the past and has been responsive to any issues that arise during our guests' stays.-Regarding the heating and cooling system, we are taking proactive steps to address any concerns. In April, we have scheduled the installation of a new A/C unit and furnace to ensure optimal comfort for our future guests.Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.

Family Get Together

This property worked for the 3 nights we stayed. Check in time was 4 pm and they were still cleaning the home when we arrived. The beds aren't the softest to sleep on, the toilets are small and close to the ground. Spiral staircase to access the 2nd floor, may not be ideal for family with little kids. Some minor issues with other items in house, dishwasher door wouldn't close, and the BBQ grill was small, and it took us a little miracle to make dinner on our last night. The pool was good, and it was like a private pool since no one came down there while we were there. We wouldn't stay here again only because it didn't have a big enough common area and the sprial staircase was a little concerning.

Great place to stay , great wildlife , views and close to silver dollar city . The manager was easy to access as well . We had an issue with hot tub and was fixed the very next day . The only reason I cant give five stars is the beds were horrible and hard as a rock and made for rough night sleep and there was absolutely no place for anyone staying a long stay to store their clothes . No dressers or closet space .

The house was not want the pictures showed online.

No smoke detectors in one of the upstairs bedrooms Should update the pictures showing the stairs, they are hard on small children and older adults and the house is not as big as the pictures show. Floor in the kitchen has several cracks in it. Ceiling fan in the kitchen had so much dust on it, looks like it has not been cleaned In awhile Two of the bathtubs upstairs did not drain properly, had to wait awhile for the water to drain out before someone else could shower. The vents all though out the house were full of dust. When arrived at the house the floors were dusty and lots of flys in the house. Deadbolt on the upstairs door does not lock. Upstairs deck needs lots of work, we did not feel it was safe to use. Did not have an ice maker, it only had 4 ice trays. Not worth the money we paid for our stay.

After reviewing your feedback, we connected with the homeowner and wanted to share the following:- The smoke detector has already been replaced, as it had been removed by a previous guest. Moving forward, the cleaning team will regularly inspect and test smoke detectors.- We've addressed cleanliness concerns directly with the cleaning crew and requested photo documentation after each clean to ensure consistent quality moving forward.- A plumber has been scheduled to promptly address and resolve the bathtub drainage issues.- The deck is set to be completely replaced in August. Due to high-season contractor scheduling, it couldn't be replaced sooner, but the homeowner has arranged for temporary repairs to ensure safety until the full replacement occurs.- While the spiral staircase is accurately represented in the listing photos, we understand it may not be ideal for all guests and point out that two bedrooms and a bathroom are available on the main floor to accommodate guests who prefer to avoid stairs.- We appreciate your comments on kitchen amenities and are reviewing options for enhancing ice availability for guests.Thanks for your valuable feedback.

We loooved this house! We had plenty of room for our big family trip! We love all the bathrooms and the bedrooms were a nice size! The property was perfect for the kids to go bike riding. We felt very safe too! My only suggestion would be to have a few extra blankets handy and maybe a TV in each room. But those minor things didn't stop us from having a great time and loving the house. We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake activities! Also, thank you for being pet friendly!! Thank you for having us!!
