Great Location and Communication!

A group of friends and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. It was raining so the hot tub was a life saver! We had a few questions for the owner during our stay and they were extremely easy to reach and accommodating! I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Beautiful Rental Property with Great Host

The Ledge was a wonderful place to stay for our family plus friends end of summer vacation. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and properly stocked with everything needed for a great stay. The ping pong table and outdoor space were big hits with our entire group. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place

The house fit our needs perfectly! We had 3 adult couples and we really enjoyed our time. The kitchen was perfect for cooking our dinners. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Being so close to marina was so convenient.

Beautiful home. Very clean, as a matter of fact, it smelled new. The kitchen had everything you could think of, beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels. The air conditioning kept the home nicely cool, which was a concern I had considering how hot it was. The swim dock was a big hit with the kids and it was well taken care of. I feel it was one of the nicest places we have stayed and we will definately think about staying at The Rock again.

Perfect layout and soace for our family!

This home was perfect for our family. Two bedrooms on main floor (upstairs) and two bedrooms downstairs (one is the kids room w four beds). We had one of our kids w a toddler who naps so they were upstairs w us. Our other kid had six kids so she stayed downstairs w them where they could play ping pong, watch tv, etc. The whole house was spacious, clean, and beautiful! I am now begging my husband for a heated toilet seat! 😂 Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the firepit and the hot tub as well. Highly recommend! Easy transaction and great communication. Thank you!

Cathy, I am so glad you enjoy the home and found it to be very clean. I know you commented about the pathway to the water, the Corp of Engineers actually has a moratorium on path permits, so would be against Corp rules, I would love to have that if possibly but do want to follow the rules as well. The Ledge was the best!! The whole house was very clean, fresh, and looked brand new. There was lots of space to sit and eat for 11 people. We used the fire pit on Friday and the swimming dock on Sunday and the hot tub, it was so much fun!! I definitely recommend staying here! My only complaint is that the pillows were flat in every bedroom and there wasn’t basic cooking items like salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc. Other than that it was fantastic, one of my favorite weekends ever!!!

Beautiful property enjoyed by all. Our group ranged in age from 16 - mid 70's and there was something for everyone to enjoy - - the hot tub, the video game machine, the dock to fish from, the ping pong table and so much more. This property was very high quality, and household items in the home were high quality as well.We stayed at one of Beth's properties about 6 years ago and can say she does an amazing job with supplying everything you need and making you feel like you are at home. She does a great job communicating with you as well and makes sure that you have every detail you need to know before you arrive.

On the Lake

This house was perfect! Huge windows with a lake view. Kayaks and paddle boards on the dock Great location. Only issue we had was the ice maker and water in the refrigerator didn’t work. We had to continually restock ice. We would stay here again!

Family Lake Trip

We stayed next door last year at The Rock and this year at The Ledge. The houses are perfect for our family of ten; 6 adults & 4 kids. There are two fire pits and a large yard for the kids to play. The shared dock for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding & fishing is where we spent most of our time. We rented a boat at the nearby marina one day. We cooked most of our meals at the house. Everything you need is provided, including the grill. Beth is quick to respond to any questions you have & happy to help if needed. We will be back next year!

Beautiful home and perfect location

We stayed with our three young adult children and their friends. The home was beautiful, clean and comfortable for all 8 of us. We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaking, ping pong and the arcade game while there. The kitchen is well stocked with all that we needed as we enjoyed grilling and eating most of our meals there. It was really nice having a table that seated all of us. It is very quiet with a really nice view. Such a nice place to relax and unwind! We enjoyed Silver Dollar City (just minutes away), a day on Table Rock (Indian Point marina is just around the corner or State Park Marina is a short drive), a float on the James River and Branson Landing. There is a handy little store just around the corner where we got ice, beverages and other items we needed. There are actually quite a few places along the way to the home to get groceries/ice or grab a bite to eat. Beth is such a nice host and we look forward to staying again with her at this property or others that she has in the area.
