Rough Riders Landing est un magnifique complexe de condominiums fermés et cachés situé directement sur la baie. Belle vue depuis le pont. Sentiers pédestres dans le complexe. Promenade facile vers le centre-ville et l'océan si vous le souhaitez, mais piscine, bain à remous, tennis, sentiers de randonnée sur place. Plusieurs restaurants accessibles à pied. Blanchisserie sur place.

Accès facile en train: je ne veux pas que cela sonne comme une mauvaise chose - ce n'est pas le cas! Le train est à droite du complexe. Ce n'est pas du tout ennuyeux, mais il est facile de voyager et de rester dans le magnifique Montauk dans un condo avec beaucoup de commodités sans voiture! La promenade vers le centre-ville et les plages de l'océan prend environ 15 minutes (environ un mile).

Montauk a d'excellents restaurants: il y a beaucoup d'excellents restaurants avec au moins trois à quelques minutes à pied du condo.

Le propriétaire a des animaux: Juste pour vous faire savoir, nous avons un chien et un chat. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour garder l'endroit vraiment propre des poils d'animaux. Cependant, si vous souffrez d'allergies, nous voulons que vous en soyez conscients.

Montauk getaway

The LIRR was not mentioned at all in the listing . End of the line diesel trains running constantly along with the smell of diesel . The place had linens / dishes that looked like grandmas attic . Finishes in bathroom were outdated . Lots of things to use no organization

Amenities with a view

Nice size condo for our family of 3. Spacious deck to enjoy an evening cocktail & watch the sunset. Pool & laundry were a plus. Clean & comfortable space. We didn’t have a car but we biked or took the hopper into town or the marina. Host gets an A++ for communication. Front desk manager was great.

I would rent this property again!

The propert was very clean and extremely comfortable. The view of the ocean was amazing, and the property had fantastic amenities. The condo itself was cozy, and perfect for three people. I particularly appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the owner, and how clear and easy it was to follow all of the propert instructions.

LDW Weekend in Montauk

This little getaway was in Montauk was fantastic. The unit was very close to the train station and town. The community was quiet and welcoming. The views were stunning from the deck. The furnishings were relatively dated as shown in the photos but we were out on the deck a good portion of the time anyway. Overall the unit was a good value for the price and we had a great time.

A Peaceful Stay

Location location location! Walking distance from LIRR stop, Surf Lodge, Duryea's, Navy Beach and Montauket. Super short drive to center of town and the marina. Beautiful view and easy access to Fort Pond Bay. The place isn't fancy, but if a comfortable bed, warm shower, cable tv, and good air conditioning is all you need, this place is fine. Chris, the host, is super nice and has great communication. Enjoy!

MDW

Stayed here this past weekend for Memorial Day. The pictures do not do this place justice, it is gorgeous, spacious and the property is also amazing. Walking distance from Surf Lodge and a short cab ride into town. Will definitely be staying again!

Wonderful Montauk Retreat

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! Chris was not only responsive, but courteous throughout our rental experience. The rental itself is quaint and provided all the necessities needed for a weekend away. It was the perfect location that allowed us to have some privacy from the weekend busyness but also easily access the downtown area which was just a quick bike ride away.

A Montauk Gem

I recently stayed at this condo with my boyfriend and had an excellent experience. The listing is an accurate, if not humble, representation of the space. The view of the bay is stunning and the location can't be beat (it's a 10 minute walk to one of my favorite restaurants/bars The Surf Lodge) and not much farther to the center part of town. We also really enjoyed the pool and tennis courts on the complex grounds. Chris was very accommodating on multiple occasions and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for an idyllic vacation getaway! -Kristen

Great Place to Stay in Montauk

This was our second time staying in the condo. Both times it was very clean and comfortable. It has all the amenities of home but with a much nicer view! The condo complex has plenty to do - the pool is nicely heated and clean, and the beach is the perfect place to watch the setting sun. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely return next summer!

Great stay

My boyfriend and I stayed at the condo for 5 nights in June. We had a pleasant visit and owner, Christine, was super helpful throughout. Her instructions were thorough and the condo was clean. We loved the view! We cooked fresh fish from the market and ate out on the balcony every evening. The only downside was the location- if you wanted to head to the beach in town you had to walk on the main road which wasn't the most scenic of routes. We did have a car so ended up driving to the beach most days. We would definitely stay here again when we next return to Montauk!

Allergy sufferers beware!

We arrived at 1am to find the unit was filthy! It had not been cleaned since the previous guests. I have been in cleaner public bathrooms. There were dishes in drainboard, dirty pots on stove, kitty litter and sand all over floor, dirty placemats on table, opened liquor bottles, leftover food in fridge and a sticky, dirty floor. Spent until 2am cleaning trying to make it acceptable for my family. Owner won't allow pets to renters yet pets must reside in unit with owner. There was a kitty litter box, dog bones and animal toys in kitchen. Pet hair was throughout and stuck to cushions - cushions of the pull out sofa sleeper. My son had an asthma attack by morning. He spent the remainder of the vacation sleeping with relatives staying nearby. I became seriously ill 2 days after arriving home. It left me and the MD's wondering if I contracted the illness from this dirty property. The unit location was convenient to dock. Rough Riders is a nice complex. The area has a lot to offer. I would not recommend this particular property.
