We loved our stay in Annie’s condo! You can’t beat the location - so many stores, restaurants and coffee shops all within an easy 5-10 minute walk. (We appreciated not having to drive, park and pay).The view is perfect for sunsets and morning coffee watching the surf. The pool and patio area were clean and enjoyable. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The condo was very quiet - didn’t hear neighbors or cars/traffic.Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Great location and consistent in quality with other properties in the area. Furniture is dated and impractical (the bed takes up the entire room and need a ladder to get into and out of it). The lounge has a chaise that just takes up space with no utility. Great tv and does have a split system aircon but note only in the lounge. Bedroom still gets warm. No where to store clothes (wardrobes full of sheets, towels etc) or suitcase. Curtains in the bedroom do not block light from outside walkway (garbage bags and masking tape made for temp solution).

We had the absolute best time at this condo at the Kona Reef. We were in town for our dear friends’ wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better unit. The furniture and decor were awesome. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating, you could not ask for better views and the pool and spa area are perfect. We will definitely be back.

Great location!

Beautiful home in an amazing location! Walkable to the stores and restaurants. Nice pool area and clean condo. We loved snorkeling at the recommend beach as well! Would be a great place to stay for the Kona Ironman ( you could watch the swim from the balcony!)

Amazing private lanai with an incredible oceanfront view. Very comfortable condo. Well equipped kitchen and wonderfully decorated. Close to town and an easy walk to great restaurants and shops. Great communication with the management staff, who are very friendly and helpful.
