Absolument Oceanfront, mais pratique maison de condo tropical Kona

Intime condo TRUE OCEANFRONT avec AC pour deux, mais le centre-ville de Kona pour plus de commodité. Un troisième invité dormirait sur une NOUVELLE reine 2019, véritable divan-lit à matelas dans le salon. Nous sommes un condo privé et géré, bien approvisionné. Pas simplement une autre chambre d'hôtel; Nous vous souhaitons la bienvenue dans votre maison tropicale.

Nous apprécions nos couples en vacances, avec ou sans enfant, et nos hôtes en voyage d'affaires: chambre king surdimensionnée, vanité et salle de bain. Décor attrayant hawaïen, bord de l'eau lanai, et une cuisine complète avec des couteaux tranchants, ustensiles de cuisine de qualité et de la vaisselle, le vin que vous devez apporter sont vos maillots de bain!

La climatisation est gratuite pour nos clients. Chaque invité accepte de n'utiliser que lorsque les portes et les fenêtres sont bien fermées, afin d'éviter des dommages d'humidité au plafond. Les coûts réels des réparations devraient être évalués en cas de non-conformité.

Le téléphone est gratuit à Hawaii et aux États-Unis continentaux. Internet haut débit gratuit, ainsi que la télévision par câble dans le salon et la chambre.

This was a very pleasant experience. Jan was very communicative throughout the process. The condo is wonderful. The kitchen contains every amenity that we could think of needing throughout our stay. The living room was very comfortable and the bedroom, including the bed and linens was also nice and cozy. Nice having the vanity separate from the toilet and tub/shower. Our favorite part, however, was the lanai. The view is beautiful and relaxing and we enjoyed it every morning and evening. We also took advantage of some of the outdoor Beach equipment that’s available. Every detail and eventuality has been thought through even in regards to the outdoor equipment. Lastly, we enjoyed the proximity to all the shopping and restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the 1 mile walk from our hotel to the very end of the immediate shopping and dining areas. Very quaint and picturesque. It reminded us of us a lot of Lahaina in many ways. We were so saddened when Lahaina burned and were pleasantly surprised at the similar feel of this area. Overall, we were very pleased and enjoyed our week celebrating our 33rd anniversary.

The unfortunate timing of the broken central AC system is being remedied in a weeks' time--parts shipping to Hawai'i is very unreliable and slow. The best time of our lives

My girlfriend and I stayed at this amazing property and could not write a more glowing review. The view, the sound of the crashing waves, the unbeleivably convenient location (definitely eat at Lava Java!) and Cami set everything up perfectly. We can’t wait to return and would recommend this condo to everyone It is truly a wonderful experience.

Fantastic Rental with Great Hosts!

My husband and I were very impressed with this rental. The view is incredible, the amenities were abundant, and the a/c was much appreciated on warm days. It was very comfortable. Also, the renters were such kind, communicative, and reliable folks. A dream to work with. We would absolutely stay again!

Fun stay in Kona

Beautiful location and comfortable stay. Can’t beat the ability to easily walk the waterfront for shopping, dinner, drinks, scenery. Deck and view are amazing. East parking, laundry access, full kitchen. Property manager very responsive! Left us a thoughtful gift for our anniversary celebration.

Lovely place and wonderful hosts

We came to Kona for our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised by the anniversary treats that the hosts left for us. They were very communicative and helpful. They gave us advice on things to do as well! The place was lovely - quiet and peaceful with the perfect view of the ocean and the pool. It had every amenity we needed for our week-long stay. Perfect Stay

This is my first time staying at a VRBO. The communication with the owner Jan was incredibly easy. She responded quickly and offered much needed advice for my first time visit to Kona. The condo was very clean and well-kept up. The bed was very comfortable. The view was stunning! The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks was quite relaxing. It could not have been more perfect!

Great location

Pros: Location to town was amazing! Accommodations good. Condo as described. Communication was excellent. Cooler and chairs for use was fantastic. Great parking spot. Cons: Pool was not clean with cockroaches and other bugs floating in it, so could not swim at all. Kitchen (cupboards, plates, utensils) need deep cleaning, had to buy Clorox wipes for sticky surfaces and rewash any dishes we planned to use.

Aloha, We are so happy that you loved our location, accommodation, and all our amazing amenties--the parking is especially a huge offer, which we are aware that you took advantage of by leaving your car in the reserved parking space when you checked out hours late. I'm very disappointed that you felt that the cabinets and items inside were not clean. We in fact had just recently had an intensive pest control service, where they came in and removed everything from every cabinet, cleaned every item, and even replaced all the shelf and drawer liners. I know being a Mom of a new baby does make us way more aware of our surroundings, and bugs can get into an outdoor pool for sure. That could have been easily handled by the site manager skimming the pool with the net, if you had said anything to any of us at any time! With all the communications you had with our on-island management team, you did not bring up any of these issues and give them an opportunity to help, as they would have happily run over to do so. They were very surprised to hear you were displeased, and afterwards didn't mention to the host all the extra cleaning of rings on the glass and the KOA counter top which concerned them-- until hearing of your displeasure. We were all just happy with the thought of you enjoying your vacation with your baby girl, as none of these things were mentioned. Please know we would love to host you again, and we will definitely double check all of your noted concerns. Mahalo for staying with us, Jan and the management team
