- tout est nouveau Il est entièrement équipé, impeccable, tous les ustensiles de cuisine, draps et serviettes étant des marques de qualité supérieure.

Chambres: Magnifiquement et récemment meublée, cette maison à plan ouvert est conçue avec goût avec une chambre principale abritant un lit king-size avec toute la nouvelle literie et salle de bain en suite.

La deuxième chambre principale a un lit queen size,
et la troisième chambre a 2 lits doubles.
Toutes les chambres ont de nouveaux téléviseurs HD à écran plat. Ce condo impressionnant peut accueillir un total de 8 personnes dans des lits offre une véranda couverte face au lac pour profiter d'une vue magnifique et regarder les feux d'artifice de Sea World.

Vivre, manger: L'espace de vie immense et relaxant est également nouveau. Il dispose d'un canapé sectionnel moderne de 2 pièces, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 50 pouces,
Internet sans fil gratuit dans toutes les chambres.
Il y a une belle table et des chaises de salle à manger aménagées avec goût pour accueillir 8 plus 4 tabourets de bar au bar de la cuisine.

Cuisine:
Pas envie de sortir, pas de problème. Recevoir et cuisiner est un plaisir dans cette cuisine moderne entièrement et récemment meublée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Avec la cuisine ouverte, le cuisinier ne manque aucune des conversations et peut partager du temps privé avec ses amis et sa famille.

Les autres équipements du condo incluent: laveuse, sécheuse, serviettes, draps, cafetière, cuisine entièrement équipée et tous les ustensiles gastronomiques pour préparer un bon repas, fer et planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux et bien plus encore.

La communauté est située sur Beautiful Lake Cay, à côté du Convention Center et à une courte distance de Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld Adventure Park et du parc le plus récent, Aquatica. Vista Cay at est situé juste à côté de Universal Boulevard et est au centre de certaines des plus grandes expériences d'Orlando.

They made it easy…

Our family had a quick stay in this location. It’s a beautiful condo that is very spacious. Excellent decor, and we appreciated the privacy. Best information and check in we’ve had - very easy!

November holiday

We rented three condos at Vista Cau for our family gathering. This condo was very beautifully designed with an amazing presentation. The views of the lake are wonderful and it's a short walk to the pool area. The location is super convenient to grocery shop and dining. I loved the attention to detail, and would stay here again!!

Well appointed and close to Convention Center

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Highlights: close to the Convention Center (walking distance), great view of the lake (a lot of birds to watch) and Sea World fireworks nightly, easy parking, close to amusement parks, nice furniture and tons of space. Could use improvement: towels were wet and in dryer upon arrival, not all bathrooms completely clean but 90% of condo was in very clean condition, they should recycle in Vista Cay, pool was very crowded and bouncers will ask you to leave if you bring in your own drinks. However, we will consider staying here again.

The apartment decor was beautiful the location fantastic . My only complaints are we had no kitchen wash cloth only 1 dish cloth the mattress are terrible and whoever she pays to clean didn’t do a good job everything needed dusting .window frame are broke so you can’t open windows for fresh air.

Best Stay Ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oh my goodness...from the scheduling to the checking out, this place was amazing! Monica was incredible to work with! The condo was huge and accommodated all 6 of our adults so comfortably. And, the cleanliness was incredible! This is the first time I haven't had one complaint and I'm pretty picky! It's about a 20 minute drive from the Disney parks; but, that was just fine - super easy access. You could even see the fireworks from the balcony. (not sure if they were Disney fireworks). You will not be disappointed when you stay at Renata's!

we absolutely loved this condo! we were so comfortable. it was incredibly clean! the decorations were beautiful. it had everything we needed. the way the staff took care of smoke detector was wonderful! these people are incredibly attentive to your needs and will do whatever it takes to make your stay feel like home! thank you very much!

It had it's ups and downs.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We weren't allowed to use the place until a half hour after check in. We were told the previous people left too late - which is surprising, since check out is 10am, giving them 6 hours before check in. I'm guessing the cleaners showed up too late to get it cleaned in time, and it had nothing to do with the previous renters. Half an hour doesn't seem like much, except we had frozen food that needed to get in the freezer.The overall feel was very nice, with a good view of the pond in the back. The rooms were nice and clean. Sleeping in the king bed was a challenge and I didn't look forward to sleeping in it after the first night. It has a large ridge in the middle, and the entire right side of the bed is slanted down, while the left side is fine. The whole night I was fighting to stay in bed and not roll off. If you lie down on the bed, you'll see what I'm talking about. The other beds were fine though.I wouldn't mind staying in the same complex, but wouldn't rent this particular condo again because of the bed.

Great location; terrible stay

Pros: great proximity to parks and downtown, great pool and bar area. Cons: WiFi password was wrong the first night, couldn’t fix it until almost midnight; ceiling in bedroom started leaking, no one ever came to look at it, told us it was possibly a ventilation issue and asked us not to use the dryer at all - family of five with tons of dirty clothes and no way to wash; we could hear EVERYTHING the guests above us were doing the entire time; quality of sleep was so terrible we left a night early just to get some rest. There seemed to be no soundproofing of any kind. Several light bulbs were burned out, and the hall light didn’t work. The management was polite, but didn’t really seem to want to solve any of our problems quickly. For the price, we expected a lot more. Wouldn’t stay here again; wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.

This has been our 3rd year in the same resort but this time was very different. The garden tub had a dirt ring I am assuming from previous guests we wee unable to use it, towels had someone else's hair in them, 3 bed room suite 2 face cloths for a family of four and called to request more face towels that morning was told we would get them sometime that day by the time they arrived we had went out to purchased some. The bed railing full of dirt and hair the cushions on balcony furniture so dirty my husband didn't not want us to sit on them. The dishwasher not braced to cabinets it slides out with the dishes. With the amount of money paid to stay in the units one would expect cleanliness and unit up keep. We were very dissatisfied this trip. I almost forgot we were in able to use master bedroom TV the volume would elevate up its on then turn all the way down where you couldn't hear it! Yes we reported that to but it wasn't addressed this will certainly be the last year we stay at this resort!

November 2018 Stay

Monica was an excellent host. Wonderful time in your beautifully decorated home. We stayed with friends who are used to the Ritz Carlton, and they were blown away by the attention to detail and the abundance of space. Great stay!!!

December 2017 Stay

Stay was fantastic! Great rooms and responsive staff. Unit's size left plenty of room to relax at the end of the day with 6 adults. Unit was centrally located with Disney being 6 miles one way and Universal 6 miles the other way.

LAKE VIEW DELUXE CONDO AT VISTA CAY

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was accurately described. Everything was perfect, everything seemed to be new from the bed linens to the fluffy towels. I would certainly recommend this property to my friends. We attended a conference at the Convention Center and later visited Epcot, Magic Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. The Disney properties were an short and easy drive from the complex.
