✔️ The Location: Safety Harbor is a quaint golf cart friendly community close to the Ream-Wilson Trail (great for walking & biking). Downtown you can find two craft breweries, beautiful parks (including a waterfront pier), and numerous outstanding dining options. Let us know if you would like golf-cart, bicycle rental or any other suggestions.

✔️ The Place: Our place has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, offering ample space for up to 8 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and private access to the outdoor patio. The third bedroom has an additional queen bed as well as a bunk bed (full bottom & twin top). There is also a pack and play travel crib. A shared bathroom is located between the two secondary bedrooms. Pool towels and extra linens can be found in the hallway closet, across from this bathroom. There is also a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower located in the game room. This room also includes a washer & dryer, foosball table, Bluetooth speaker and games. Featuring high-end appliances and a natural gas stove, the freshly remodeled kitchen offers all the essentials you could need. If you can’t find it, just let us know! We are almost always happy to provide anything we may have overlooked.

⭐️ The Highlight: Aside from the convenient location. The outdoor screened in dining and lounge area (with smart TV) is the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation by the heated saltwater pool. Play corn hole, disc golf, bocce ball or giant Yahtzee out on the brand new turf area.

NOTE: The pool is heated at no additional cost. The temperature is set to a comfortable ≈ 80°F (warm enough to swim in, but cool enough to be refreshing). It is the ideal temperature for the salt chlorine system to be effective against algae buildup. Guests are not permitted to tamper with the pool equipment. We cannot guarantee the pool will reach the stated heated temperatures (especially if we have several rare cold days in a row).

Guests are not permitted in the pool equipment area. Touching the pool equipment or security cameras are strictly prohibited.
- SmartTV’s with Netflix access. Guests will need to provide their own credentials for alternative streaming applications. No basic cable.
- Snakes, lizards and bugs (such as ants, mosquitos, palmetto bugs, etc) are all native to our area. The house is treated regularly, but guests may still encounter any of the above. This is Florida— bugs happen! No refunds, no host liability.
- There are security cameras facing the front of the house and the pool equipment.
- Minimum age requirement of 25 years old to book.

We expect our home/property to be respected and for guests to clean up after themselves.
