DuneRise is a single family, oceanfront home with a private beach access offering stunning views of the ocean with a pacious living areas. A private elevator connects all three floors and makes it easy to move around the house.

The ground floor has a guest room with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and a slider door to access the covered patio, hot tub and beach access.
The second floor has a modern kitchen with high-end appliances and a breakfast bar. The walk in pantry has plenty of room for your groceries no matter how long you stay with us. The kitchen is stocked with flatware, dishes, plastic dishes to use near the hot tub or for the younger family members, cookware, pots and pans, bakeware, coffee maker, cooking utensils; everything you need for cooking at home. Open floor plan with the living room and dining area. You can enjoy your meals on the oceanfront balcony, complete with grill for cooking out. There are plenty of board games in the sun seating bench in the living room. There is also a full bathroom on this level for any overflow guests.
The third floor hosts the primary bedroom with oceanfront private balcony, ensuite bathroom with large open shower and walk in closet. Another guest room with queen bed and ensuite bathroom is also on the third floor.

Enjoy beautiful views from the second and third floor balconies as well as the hot tub on the ground floor. You have your very own private walkway to the beach. House is stocked with beach gear, towels, and stand up paddle boards for you to enjoy.
Located very close to local shops and restaurants in the Atlantic Beach Town Center and around the Beaches area.

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.
