Comfortable 2-bedroom suite!
Location Location Location! Just mere steps from the slopes at RED Resort, enjoy your new home away from home. A very nicely appointed suite with many after-market updates. Solid wood doors, wood floors, granite counters and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and stemware. The living room is very cozy with a fireplace and located just off of this floor on the large patio is your very own private hot tub.
This tastefully furnished and cozy suite is not to be missed. The kitchen, living room and powder room are located all on the main floor. Upstairs are the bedrooms and a large bathroom with heated tile floors, large Jacuzzi tub and shower along with laundry appliances. The master bedroom has one queen bed and the second bedroom has a single over single bunk bed and a queen bed.
The lobby in Red Robs ha ski lockers (ski to within 60ft of your locker!). Enjoy the newly opened Donnieâs Bistro conveniently located right at Red Robs.
One storage locker is provided for storing skis and snowboards and there is one covered parking space.

Minimum Stay Policy
4-night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3-night minimum winter high season and during the summer months, 2 nights minimum otherwise. If you see a 2-day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

Important Booking Information
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000 CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
