Slope Side On Crest - The Ultimate Ski In/Ski Out Family Retreat

Slope Side on Crest is a modern, beautiful luxury Condo offering a true 'ski in - ski out' experience - a unique condo designed & built to capture the spectacular views and give families the ultimate retreat to enjoy their vacation.

You and your family can warm up after a long day on the hill by the stunning fire place or relax in your private hot tub with incredible, uninterrupted views of Red Mountain.

The kitchen is a chef's dream featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, ample storage space and is central to the open living and formal dining areas. The beautiful open living space features a fireplace and a window seat with breath taking views.

This 2 story condo has four bedrooms sleeping a maximum of a eight people. It is in a building with only 2 units - both built to maximise privacy and access to the slopes.

Privacy and space are available for the entire family. No sofa beds in living spaces or bunk beds in corners - Slopeside on Crest has everyone covered with comfortable, quality beds, spacious bedrooms and private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a luxurious ensuite and walk in robe. Two additional bedrooms have king size beds and each has an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom includes 2 single beds. There is an additional full family bathroom and a powder room.

Other amenities include a BBQ, three decks to enjoy the views from, a private hot tub, a boot/mud room and ample storage.

The laundry is fully equipped with a washer and dryer and there is a lock up garage with internal entry and additional parking for a second vehicle on the driveway.

Slope Side on Crest is perfectly located on the Ski Hill, next to home run and just 250m to the Silver Lode Chair. It is just 5 minutes from downtown Rossland.

Winter or Summer, spectacular Slope Side on Crest is the perfect base for you and your family to enjoy your Red Mountain vacation.

Fantastic ski-in/ski-out rental

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The space was perfect for our two families, which included four adults and four teens. The location was fabulous, definitely a true ski in/ski out place. The property manager stopped by to check in and was very attentive. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous from beginning to end. We spent Christmas there. Our host even had a little tree for us. Big huge Thank You!!! 100% recomend. We will book again. We made a lot of wonderful memories there that will last a life time.

Absolute Perfection!!!!

This was our 4th trip to Red Mountain as a family and our first time staying in this beautiful home. We’ve always utilized the condos and split up our families in different spaces. We hosted our best friend’s family so we were 4 adults and 3 kids under 11 years old. We drove from Seattle and it was so easy to roll directly into the house and unload into the warm garage and up to the bedrooms. The 3 separate king suites were absolutely amazing and the two boys loved the twin bed room. Once we unloaded, we all loved the ability to unwind in the spacious great room with the gourmet fully stocked kitchen, oversized dining table, easy access to the covered outdoor space and BBQ, and state of the art electronics. We enjoyed game nights as a family, the ease of running to the local grocery store for all of our meal needs and the true feeling of ski-in-ski-out directly to the base lodge. We also discovered what a HUGE win the gear room was with boot warmers for all! We’ll definitely be back!!!

Unpleasant experience with Slope Side On Crest

Please read in full and understand additional risks of booking this property before reserving. The host is looking to squeeze every cent out of you through additional damage charges, on top of what you are agreeing to pay through initial booking.Had an extremely disappointing stay at “Slope Ski on Crest.” Upon arrival, discovered and documented pre-existing damage to a cheap material, laminate stair in the main stairwell. When the property manager stopped by for other issues (dangerous/broken fireplace, and unsanitary hot tub conditions-both not ok) we showed them them quarter size chip on stair. No action taken at that time. Shortly after checking out, an unsupported additional extraneous damage charge was made through VRBO, including an additional cleaning charge on top of the amount included in the original booking. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, the host did not respond with an explanation or documentation of preexisting condition, as I had. No formal quote for labor and materials to fix the existing damage was provided. The charge was cleared by VRBO. I assume the host simply maxed out what he could get, compared to the 5 he could have spent on wood glue to fix it himself.I’d second guess booking this property if you have concerns about additional charges. Who knows what else might be wrong that he could try to pin on you…
