Charming 2-bedroom condo!
Located in the popular Silvertip Lodge, this 2-bedroom condo offers a charming retreat for nature lovers and winter sports enthusiasts. Only moments away from the ski slopes, bike trails essentially starting from your door step and located just a stone's throw from your entrance is a tennis court.
This condo has a cozy open concept Kitchen, living and dining. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook a large meal.
Warm up by the gas fire place or soak in the private hot tub after a day on the mountain. Unwind on your private deck and grill up a feast on the BBQ.
The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom has one queen bed and single over single bunk bed with access to the back patio and hot tub. The second bathroom has a tub and the laundry facilities. The dining and kitchen area features beautiful hard wood flooring throughout. A large wood table with 8 chairs and a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools, allows for ample seating. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, loads of cupboard/drawer space and is well stocked with anything you could possibly need.
There is a heated parking garage for at least one vehicle (visitor spots usually vacant if you have more than one vehicle).
Sorry no pets allowed.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4-night minimum stay over the holidays, 3-night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2-day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!
BED CONFIGURATION
Bedroom #1: Queen bed + single over single bunk bed

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000 CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
*Bookings 27 nights and longer are tax exempt. Get in touch for details!
