Guest Access:

The Southampton English Cottage has a smart lock with a keypad for entry to the front door of the building. Keys to the main entry door to the English Cottage is inside a combination lock on the first floor. Guests will be sent a welcome email with access code to the smart lock and combination lock prior to arrival. Wi-Fi username and password are also noted in the welcome letter.

Important things to note:

*There are some street noise during the daytime caused by the construction of Ashby building about 1 block away. It is noticeble at times if you are outside the building, however the noise level is very minimal inside the apartment.

*Assigned parking available on driveway for up to one vehicle only. if additional parking is needed, there is street parking right in front of the house, but please reach out to the host if you plan to park on the street as you will need a visitor permit.

* We have lawn maintance on Tuesdays, so if you are staying on that day, please expect lawn maintenance workers to be around the building and some noise from mowing the grass.

* Early check-in, late check out may be available for a $55 fee.
