THE VIEW Situated on the first floor of the end G building, the condo faces east into the back gardens, creating a peaceful oasis on your extra-large double balcony. Sip your morning coffee amidst the swaying palm leaves or relish tranquil evenings outdoors. While you won't have an ocean view from the condo, the lavish interior more than compensates for the absence of waves. Plus, the prime location of North Coast Village means you're just a short stroll through the complex away from the sandy shores, where you can relax and soak in the ocean.
KITCHEN AND DINING Indulge your culinary aspirations in the stunning kitchen, featuring custom cabinets, granite countertops, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. We've thoughtfully stocked the cabinets with all the essential cooking utensils you'll need to whip up any meal during your vacation.
The dining area comfortably seats four, perfect for intimate gatherings, and three additional spots at the bar provide extra seating for younger guests or quick bites.
LIVING AREAS
The living room welcomes you with a spacious and comfortable sofa, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the large flat-screen Smart TV. You can easily log in and watch your favorite shows on your preferred streaming platform or indulge in the extended cable with 250+ channels after a day at the beach. Two swivel accent chairs also offer cozy spaces for enjoying the entertainment or curling up with a good book. The Queen Murphy bed, concealed in an elegant armoire cabinet, allows you to maximize space as needed. Easily lower the bed when needed and effortlessly stow it away when not in use. For those occasional cool winter days or when you desire some ambiance, there's a fully functional custom-tiled gas fireplace for your enjoyment.
The bathroom is conveniently located across the hallway from the bedroom, and just off the dining/living room area. The bathroom is well-lit and spacious and it features a beautifully remodeled walk-in shower and a separate vanity area, ensuring your comfort and convenience.
SLEEPING G108 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom boasts a plush King-sized bed for a peaceful night's sleep. A Smart TV in the bedroom allows you to log in and stream your favorite entertainment right from your bed. You'll also find ample storage with a large closet and dresser, as well as a dedicated desk area equipped with a keyboard, mouse, and monitor, perfect for those who need to work or study while away from home. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room features a Queen-size Murphy bed.
EXTRAS -This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building. - A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests. -Cable and Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge. - Extra large double balcony with access from the living room and the bedroom -Enjoy a luxury remodeled interior with upscale furnishings and decor -Desk in the bedroom with keyboard, mouse, and monitor for working while away from home -G108 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2).
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
LOCAL AREA G108 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.
If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrally located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!

Perfect Cali Beach Stay
This house was updated, stocked, clean, in a great location, and the host had great communication and clear instructions for arrival and departure. Perfect for my family of 4! Will come back again!

The sand toys were missing and they ended up bringing us a brand new package of Sand toys , I thought was very incredible and very nice!! The only complaint we have, were the sheer curtains. Which made the room very bright in the morning as well as night because the neighbors porch light shined right through. Other wise it was great!

We understand how important it is to have a darker, more comfortable space for sleeping, especially with early morning light and nearby lighting at night. Great Vacation
Very clean and very beautiful place we stayed at. We glad we got this unit. Everything about it so perfect. We did notice the train but it was not an issue. I recommend this unit 100%, super clean, super comfy 👌

One of the best units I’ve stayed in
The condo was just as advertised. Updated, comfortable, and quiet. The only thing that would have made it better was if it had an ocean view. You do hear the Coaster Train and some traffic as the unit is close to the street. I had family stay in some other units on this property and this was by far the best unit of the three. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous vacation!
I had a fantastic stay in my condo at North Shore! It was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen was well equipped…since I like to cook that was important! The little patio was serene and comfy for morning coffee and evening reading. Love walking through the gardens to the beach and watching the baby chicks with mama duck. Such a relaxing environment! I'm already thinking about next year…thank you, Deborah
