3-bed, 3-bath getaway in the heart of Louisville, KY! We are centrally located to all that downtown has to offer. Great food and drinks await in the nearby trendy neighborhoods of Nulu, Butchertown and the Highlands, we are 2 miles from the Yum Center, and a 10 minute drive to Churchill Downs. Quick access to I-64 & I-65 - the perfect homebase for the Bourbon Trail. Book now for an unforgettable stay!

The space
Our home features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths (2 queen beds w/private bathrooms and 1 full size bed and an additional hall bath) plus a pull-out sofa in the spacious living room. The modern kitchen includes a dining area and stocked coffee bar, and there is also a washer & dryer. The backyard retreat has additional hangout and dining space, and the driveway has parking space for 3 cars.

Other things to note
Right next door our friends at Pizza Lupo serve up some of the best pizza in the city, and you can walk around the corner to Vernon Lanes for some bowling fun. Lou City soccer stadium is also within walking distance, as well as many of the coffee shops, restaurants and bars in Clifton and Butchertown.

This is a wonderful property that was perfect for my family's visit to Louisville. In total we had four adults and two young children (under the age of 4) and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax. The location of the home makes for easy walking to some local shops, restaurants, and parks. The host is extremely responsive. I'd recommend this location to anyone traveling to Louisville.

Great House for Families or Groups

We had a great weekend getaway at this house! It was perfect for our group of three adults and three teenagers — plenty of space and very comfortable. The house was clean, the beds were cozy, and the backyard was a great place to hang out and relax. I loved that every bedroom had a TV and there 3 bathrooms! Big bonus: there’s an amazing pizza place right next door! Highly recommend.!

Best of Louisville

I'm a longtime Louisvillian, and this place reminded me how enjoyable our city can be. It puts you at the doorstep of some of the city's coolest spots, without the parking and navigation hassles that can sometimes discourage locals from visiting this neighborhood. Our first night, we visited Pizza Lupo, Vernon Lanes and Sergio's World Beers - as Louisville as any spots you'll find - and we probably didn't walk more than a couple hundred feet all told. The unit itself is every bit as comfortable, clean and spacious as it appears in the photos (although the photos don't even show the very nice propane fire pit in the backyard). It was also as well-appointed as any short-term rental (or hotel, for that matter) that I've ever stayed in. The only drawback is the narrow driveway that's a little challenging to navigate onto a surprisingly busy road. I'd advise meeting up ahead of time to limit the number of cars on site if possible... although most of the time you'll be walking, anyway. In summary, a great house in a fantastic location at a very reasonable price - all very professionally managed.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It's central to so much of what makes Louisville the great city that it is. Easy access to the Bourbon Trail, Bardstown Road and Restaurant Row, Nulu, the YUM! Center, the University of Louisville, Churchill Downs and on and on. Within walking distance or a very short ride/drive of countless bars and restaurants, and much of the above, you won't spend much time commuting.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Tastefully designed, and thoughtfully set up for a great experience. There's plenty to do if you don't want to leave the house, but it's so close to so much of what makes Louisville great that you'd be missing out if you didn't explore.
