- Dog Friendly Rules:
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our permission. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who did not respect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional fees: $115 per stay per dog.
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous experience on Airbnb.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must not exceed 40 lbs.
๏ The cottage must be left clean and in order to facilitate the work of the housekeeping team, it must not appear that a dog was present.
๏ Your dog must be "housebroken", and must under no circumstances gain access to bedrooms or climb on furniture.
๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up after the dog at all times and keep the yard clean.

*WIFI*
There is fast and stable Wifi at the chalet, estimated at 70 mbps. This allows you to do tele-work.

*TV*
We have two smart TVs in the unit but do not offer cable channels. You will have access to apps such as Netflix, Prime, Disney + on which you can connect your account.

*BARBECUE*
Due to cold weather during the winter months, our barbecue will be temporarily unavailable between November and April.
*COTTAGE RULES*
1. All our bookings are covered by Aircover, the Airbnb protection. You may be held responsible in the event of damage or non-compliance with house rules. If necessary, we will appeal to the resolution center by providing photos and/or invoices.

2. Check-in can be made at any time after 4:00 pm. The maximum time for Check-out is 11:00. You may request a check-in earlier than 4:00 pm or a check-out after 11:00 am, but we cannot guarantee this and will only be able to give you an official reply 24 hours in advance.

3. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the chalet. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty.

4. Only 1 dog under 40lbs is allowed at a fee of $115 per stay. Cats are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund.

4a. To bring a dog, the guest must have at least 3 good comments. The dog must always be accompanied, on a leash when outside, and must never be left alone at the chalet.

4b. We reserve the right to keep the security deposit if we see on the cameras that the dog is not on a leash and left unsupervised by the owner. You are also responsible for picking up after your dog.

5. Parties and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have systems to detect excessive noise outside the chalet.

6. If the cottage is left in an untidy state, we will charge $40 per additional hour per housekeeper to clean up. We appreciate it when guests wash their dishes before check-out or leave the dishwasher.

7. Guests are not allowed to book our cottage directly if they do not have verified ID and a profile picture of their face on Airbnb. We do not discriminate, we just want to know who we are renting our property to.

8. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in the event of such occurrences.

9. If more guests than the number initially indicated in the reservation sleep at the chalet, we will apply a penalty of $500 and request that the initial number of guests mentioned in the reservation be respected from then on. Children under 2 years of age are not counted as guests.

10. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, please let us know immediately.

11. If you delay the work of the housekeepers at check-out, you will be charged $50. This charge applies to all late departures between 11:00 and 13:00. Any guest still on site after 1:00 pm will be charged for an additional night. This does not apply if we have approved a late check-out in advance.

12. When you make a reservation with us, you agree to all of the above house rules.
