Cousins weekend in Chicago

We came into town to celebrate our cousins expecting a baby and stayed at this property. It is a great space for a small group and we enjoyed being able to all sit together in the living room area and around the large dining room table. The bedrooms and layout worked well for our group, too. There were a few issues we brought to the attention of the property manager, and they seemed eager to address for future guests. Overall, this was a good experience and we had a great family weekend together!

Great place to stay

We came into town to hit a Cubs home stand. We’re didn’t want to stay downtown so opted for this location. It was the right choice.

Spacious and clean

Great stay! Clean and a nice sized space. No problems finding street parking. Great communication with the owners. My only addition would be that the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, I don’t think that’s listed in the description.

Thanksgiving Family Visit

This property was a perfect fit for our family over the Thanksgiving weekend. Getting around was easy, there are shops close by, good food within walking distance, the property was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay there again.

Cubbies Trip

Five friends and myself stayed here for 3 nights, went to two Cubs games! Great price for the distance to Wrigley, easy to Uber/lyft, etc. The apartment was immaculate when we got there, very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Check in and check out instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay

The apartment is very clean and as advertised. We appreciated the special touches such as labels on the cabinets to let us know where things can be found. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. Parking was on the street, and relatively easy to find nearby.

Nice apartment with good communication

Overall, it was a nice place to stay. There was a roach on the kitchen counter when we first got there but we didn't see any more during our stay for the weekend. The neighbors up stairs were walking all night and the floors are kinda thin so a lot of walking noise and voices. Parking is horrible in the evening... it took 30 min to find a spot 1 1/2 blocks away on a different street and had to walk back in the rain. I would recommend to anyone staying here to uber or drive a small car to better find parking. The apartment was as described inside with TV's in all the bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. Washer and Dryer were simple to use and would recommend this in the future.

There were 5 of us. The rooms were fine. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is well stocked with utensils etc. Nice tv room!

Hi My family and I have visited 25 baseball parks And we went to Chicago to see the white Sox A few yrs ago we did the Cubs Chicago is a nice city we enjoyed our stay at the house nice and comfortable

We like the area and it feels safe there. We would stay there again, but we did see one cockroach in the kitchen, and you would need to wash some of the dishes you pull out of the cupboard. The apartment is spacious and accommodated our group well. The beds are comfy, but the king bed lacked a top sheet. Design tip: put floor and table lamps in the living area instead of just the overhead light. Couch and TV were awesome.

Ideal property for family stay

We were in the area for a family wedding and had my 89 year old mom and our 34 lb 12 yr old dog with us.The main reasons we chose this property was proximity to wedding venue and pet friendly.It ended up meeting those needs and more! Spacious, comfortable, ample room for each of us to get ready for the wedding, etc. Very dog friendly neighborhood and always able to find street parking. Host was responsive and flexible which was much appreciated - especially with all the stresses associated with son's wedding.We have family in this area, and will definitely stay here again! It was perfect for us and very comfortable for my elderly mom.We were so busy with wedding events, I wish we had had more time to relax and enjoy this wonderful unit, but we plan to return to do that! Highly recommend!

Will be booking again

This location was perfect for a friends vacation! Beds and bathrooms were great, a lot of space, and very clean environment. TV in living room was massive, ideal for a chill movie night. Neighborhood felt safe and offered a variety of convenient food and shopping options. Parking is street, but my friends and I had no problem finding spots within a couple blocks of the Vrbo. The listing did say there was a hot tub included within the buildings amenities, however we were not able to find this. Also the kitchen does have minimal cooking supplies, so I recommend bringing things like a can opener, spaghetti strainer, etc. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a get away to Chicago!
