Welcome to your Downtown Phoenix retreat! This spacious 3BR home features a private pool, outdoor lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and TVs in every bedroom, the living room, and patio. Located near Spring Training ballparks, State Farm Stadium, and TPC Scottsdale, enjoy the perfect mix of comfort, entertainment, and convenience in the heart of the city.

â Smart TVs which you can access your Netflix or YouTube
â Master bedroom features a cozy King size bed
â Second bedroom has a Queen size bed
â Third bedroom has 2 Twin size beds for you
â 2 Living rooms that have comfy furniture and one having a Smart TV and a Queen size sofa bed
â Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels.
â A washer and dryer for guests to use
â The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker that takes ground coffee
â Access to a private pool in a fully fenced backyard.
â Outdoor dining and lounge area for guests to relax and dine.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay
†The guest will have access to the entire unit including the pool (not heated) and backyard. Please, make yourself at home.
†This property does have 2 driveway parking spots. Street parking is also available as long as no driveways or garbage bins are obstructed.
I will be your personal concierge for your stay. If you have any questions, youâre lost, or just need some great recommendations, Iâll be there for you around the clock.
This home is situated in Phoenix, the capital city of Arizona and is located in the central region of the state. People may know it for its year-round sun, desert beauty, and world-class resorts and golf, but as the fifth-largest city in the U.S., it also offers sophisticated urbanscapes, southwest culture and lots of outdoor adventure
Traveling by car is the preferred method with limited transportation available via city bus and few bicycle routes available in the immediate area.
†The pool maintenance professional will visit every Monday to ensure the pool stays pristine. Additionally, landscaping services are scheduled for the property, and we'll provide advance notice to our guests about their arrival.
†Please be informed that we have cameras at the front door and backyard patio. These actively recording CCTVs are installed for the safety of our guests and the property.
†Unfortunately, we canât offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
†Please keep in mind that the guests donât have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and Iâm not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
†Please note, that the A/C should be kept at 74 degrees to maintain optimal performance and prevent system strain.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
