Park right in front of unit's private entry, no park spot hassle or long elevator wait. Complimentary beach chairs/umbrella/cooler, Netflix/Disney, hi-speed Wi-fi. Southbay is a gated/beachfront community w/ amenities: Private beach, Two swimming/kiddie pools (heated in winter), Tennis courts, Grilling pits.

* Minimum age of rental is 25 (waived if married). 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age.
* Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
* No smoking anywhere in the unit or on the decks.
* Please do not cook heavily aromatic food (curry, fish, garlic) as it requires unit to be aerated at extra cost.
