Thank you for reviewing your stay! We are pleased to hear that you loved the condo and found it to be as advertised. However, we deeply regret that the cleanliness did not meet the high standards we strive to maintain and feel that our guests deserve. Although we are happy to hear that our pest control measure are working, we apologize for any dead pests present in the unit when you arrived. We also apologize for any sand on the floor and for the press-on nail found in the living room. We want to assure you that we take your concerns very seriously and have addressed this with our housekeeping team. We are conducting a thorough inspection and deep clean of our unit and have notified management about the missing toilet paper in the master bathroom. We are mortified that you had this experience, and assure you it does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. We hope that you would consider staying with us again in the future, as we are committed to making improvements and providing a more enjoyable (and sanitary!) experience. If you have any further questions or feedback, please feel free to reach out to us. Thank you again and we hope to see you soon.
