Our family had great time and def didn’t want to go home! The pool was wonderful as well as the hot tub! The crystal clear water of the ocean was such a beautiful sight to see! We even seen a dolphin! Lots of jelly fish we wish we didn’t see lol. Short walk to the beach was nice. Def recommend!!

Friend/Family Summer Vacation

This was our second time in Destin and in the same building, different condo. There were no issues! Great location, easy access to the beach, food, entertainment, and shops! If we had questions the host was happy to help or make suggestions :) Highly recommend!

Fall break birthday getaway

This condo was a great place to spend my daughter’s 18th birthday with a couple of her besties. The master bedroom offered me plenty of privacy while the girls choose to hang out in the second bedroom with then bunk. It was very close to the pool/hot tub/ beach and in close proximity to both malls (all things 18 yr old girls care about!) We cooked most meals at the condo and were pleased the kitchen was stocked with most things I needed to cook our meals. Overall, I would definitely return with our family next time! Thank you!

Proximity to beaxh

Location, location, location. Location and access to the beach are the main reasons to stay here. Right out the door and short walk across the street to beach boardwalk was ideal. Condo as described and worked for our group. As noted, the floor is thin so will hear upstairs neighbors. Parking on-site was nice and simple. Pool access immediately out the door to the left and beach to the right. All questions had were responded to almost immediately.

Love this Condo!

This was actually our second time staying at grand Caribbean east! When we arrived we realized it was the exact same condo we stayed at after our wedding in 2021, just with new & improved ownership! You cannot beat this location, especially with children!!! Seriously across the street from the beach, but also having the option of a pool is important with kids especially on those rough beach days! We had everything we needed and more, including a bin with beach toys, beach towels, even K cups for the Keurig! Fábio and Karina were great hosts, very communicative, and easy to get in touch with for any of our needs or questions! We will definitely be back again!

Would rent again

When we first got there, we had to wait a little for the cleaner to finish up so it wasn't ready at the time we were told. There was suppose to be linen for the pull out sofa but there wasn't any. We had to call the property owner who immediately solved that problem. Besides those small inconveniences, communication was great, the condo was extremely clean, and the location was amazing. We would definitely rent with them again.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for all the activities we had planned. Beach access was super easy, and the shared pool and hot tub were spotless and a wonderful way to relax after time in the ocean.Communication with our hosts, Fabio and Karina, was excellent from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond—when we discovered the beach umbrella was broken, they had a brand-new one delivered within 30 minutes!We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better place to stay. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely rent from Fabio and Karina again.

The condo was clean and comfortable and in a perfect spot to access the pool and hot tub and the barbecue area. The beach access was a few steps away just across the road and we could see the ocean while sitting on the patio. Great location to easily get to restaurants, shopping etc. visiting as we did in July it was a very busy place and I’d advise eating early to avoid long waits for a table. Overall a wonderful time was had by my daughter, the grandchildren and myself! Great being on the ground floor for me, being old. Only thing I’d change would be to have higher seated toilets, not so far to drop or haul up from!!!

Location, location, location!!!

My husband and I plus 2 teenage girls had a wonderful stay. It is exactly as listed and the location is perfect. Close enough to the beach to walk and right next to the pool. We were close enough to the pool that we could see the girls but not have to be right there with them all the time. The place had everything we needed along with beach toys, chairs and floaties. I would highly recommend this place and we will hopefully be back again soon !

Nice Accommodations

Nice, clean condo. Everything we needed. Easy access to the beach. Although Destin is very busy, our stay was lovely. The kitchen was fully stocked. Several coffee pots to choose between. I slept well on the king size bed. My husband thought the bed was a little too firm. It was a difference in preference. Extra pillows in the closet and beach chairs on the patio. I wish we could have stayed a month. Thank you!

Short weekend getaway

We have stayed at this condo multiple times and love the location. It is actually walking distance to the beach and close to the pool. The only con we have had is the noise from the above unit but that is at no fault of host. It is clean and spacious for what you need.

This property was perfect! It was clean, close to the beach, and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were big hits with my kids! The check-in process was easy. We couldn’t have planned a better trip!

Convenient and Relaxing

The stay was wonderful. It is very convenient to the beach and the pool is write out the door, but not so close that it's bothersome. The unit is the perfect size for a small to midsize family.
