Parmi une foule de commodités, cette maison de vacances bien équipée dispose d'une piscine d'eau salée (chauffée moyennant un supplément) et d'un bain à remous. 4 roues motrices est nécessaire pour atteindre cette retraite privée à seulement trois miles de la plage de la route difficile. La vérification des invités est le samedi. Les draps sont fournis, les serviettes ne sont pas fournies mais sont disponibles moyennant un supplément. Les animaux sont les bienvenus pour s'amuser en famille à Horseplay

Créez vos souvenirs à Horseplay - une maison enchanteresse où errent les chevaux sauvages! Cette magnifique maison de cinq chambres à coucher est située à moins de 400 pieds de la plage. Il offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan depuis les trois niveaux. Réveillez-vous devant le magnifique lever de soleil sur l'Atlantique ou détendez-vous sur l'un des ponts panoramiques pour regarder le soleil se coucher sur le détroit de Currituck.

Parmi une foule de commodités, cette maison de vacances bien équipée dispose d'une piscine d'eau salée (chauffée moyennant un supplément) et d'un bain à remous. Une conduite à quatre roues motrices est nécessaire pour atteindre cette retraite privée située à seulement trois miles (4,8 km) de la plage, sur une route difficile. La vérification des invités est le samedi. Les animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus dans l’ambiance familiale chez Horseplay.

Les espaces de vie à chaque étage de cette maison offrent beaucoup d’espace pour permettre à la famille et aux amis de se détendre ou de se préparer. La salle de jeux du premier niveau est équipée d’une table de billard et d’une kitchenette équipée d’un évier, d’un grand réfrigérateur et d’un micro-ondes. Regardez le grand jeu ou votre film préféré sur un écran plat. Ou profitez du son surround avec des haut-parleurs intérieurs / extérieurs.

Le premier niveau comprend une adorable chambre principale avec lits jumeaux et une salle de bain privée, un canap��-lit queen-size confortable et une demi-baignoire. Le bain à remous et la piscine sont à quelques pas. Les vues sur l'océan abondent depuis le bain à remous! Tourner le coin et vous trouverez une douche extérieure avec un banc et des crochets pour accrocher vos serviettes.

Le deuxième niveau comprend un autre salon spacieux pour regarder la télévision, un bureau ancien pour se détendre avec un bon livre et une terrasse enveloppante. Une troisième chambre principale à ce niveau offre deux lits superposés en pyramide, offrant ainsi beaucoup d'espace personnel aux enfants pour se détendre après une longue journée de jeu dans l'océan ou la piscine.

La grande chambre au troisième niveau avec une demi-salle de bains offre des chambres spacieuses et confortables, vous invitant à vous détendre et à profiter de la vue imprenable sur l'océan. La cuisine gastronomique bien équipée avec comptoir en granit et deux lave-vaisselle vous invite à apporter votre jeu «A» et à démontrer vos talents culinaires. Deux grandes tables à manger offrent beaucoup d’espace pour s’étendre et savourer un repas. Écoutez votre musique préférée sur des haut-parleurs surround ou écoutez les dernières nouvelles de la télévision à écran plat visible de la cuisine, de la salle à manger et du grand espace de la pièce.

Au fur et à mesure que les vagues affluent, observez les dauphins jouer dans les vagues ou cherchez les familles de chevaux paissant dans les dunes. Ou attrapez les jumelles pour rechercher les bateaux qui passent au loin. À la fin de la journée, retirez-vous dans la confortable chambre principale ou immergez-vous dans le bain à remous et endormez-vous dans la sérénité.

The Best Location

We have now stayed in Corova twice and this location was just the right distance based on the time it takes to get back to the main road. The house was clean with multiple unobstructed views of the ocean. The bedroom set-up was perfect for our family and the two dishwashers were definitely a plus. We will be staying here again.

Horseplay Stay

The house met all of our expectations and more. Horses under our balcony, dolphins jumping and the roaring of the ocean - couldn't get any better. Great days on the beach and having the pool/hot tub was a bonus as well. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us to be together, as well as places for everyone to have alone time. Great vacation!

Great 3 week get away

We had an amazing time at Horseplay. It was the get away we needed this year. Wonderful to be on the beach everyday and have the wild horses visit. Laura was great... super responsive in adressing any questions. Can’t want to go back!

We know we are lucky to live on this beach and to be able to be away from it all. Certainly the craziness in 2020 deserves some distance! Hope you all will come and stay again. We'd love to have you. Family Vacation

The stay was great. The house was clean and well maintained. We had horses in our backyard and walking under the porches on the house, which was AMAZING to see! Absolutely beautiful area. We would stay again. My only complaint is the pool was advertised as being heated when I booked it but was not an option after booking.

We're so sorry you thought there was a pool heater. The pool USED to be heat-able and I have scoured our listing for any mention of pool heat. PLEASE let me know where you saw pool heat as an amenity!! Maybe it is on the HomeAway site since you booked through them. I wish you had asked me prior to your arrival!! It sounds like you ended up having a good time anyway. So sorry if it messed up your plans.

There is a peace that descends on you as you pull into the drive, step into the house and exhale! That 3rd level deck high top seating makes the views particularly enjoyable. Come again!

OBX family celebration

The house has enough rooms for our family of 12. The view was gorgeous and loved having my morning coffee and looking out over the ocean. We loved seeing the wild horses in the backyard and on rhe beach. We loved the private pool and spa. I’m not sure if the sheets were changed in the room with the 4 beds as there were crumbs on the sheets when the kids went to bed our first night. Other than that the house was pretty clean.

And the week after as well!! That nor'easter lasted almost TWO WEEKS! ACK! But yeah, at least Horseplay was a good place to be, with a good view of the ocean with all that beautiful surf. It is so cool to watch a good storm with the ocean all kicked up! Maybe you should try again? LOL. You are bound to get better weather!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 26th year coming to OBX, so we've been in many houses. This is one of our favorites! Despite weather from tropical storm, we had beach time every day, loads of fun, and loved the layout and everything about this house. In fact, we are booking it again in 2025. Also, Laura was FANTASTIC from day one in communication, service, and professionalism.

We are Carova Cottages. We manage about 16 houses here in Carova. Horseplay was one of the first ones we took on! Hosting guests is joyful, since people are always happy to be here.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We LOVE the wild horses and driving on the beach. There's nothing like loading up the car with the grill and the canopy, the chairs and the sunscreen and heading to the beach for the day. Parking out on the beach gives you a base and also makes it easy to run back to the house if you need something. But the walk back is so short and you have to work off all that good food! lol

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Horseplay has some pretty fantastic views. There are so many places to relax with three living rooms, one on every floor. Each bedroom has it's own attached bath so there is no stress about getting out of the shower and walking through a bunch of people. Plus that outside shower is pretty fantastic. LOVE the air whirling around while the water is pouring over my head!
