ENREGISTREMENT SAMEDI - 4 ROUES MOTRICES REQUISES - LINGE ET SERVIETTES FOURNIS - à environ 3 miles de la plage en 4x4 - La piscine et le bain à remous sont généralement ouverts de juin à fin septembre.

Cette maison est situ��e sur le tronçon de plage où les voitures qui passent, seront déviées du côté des dunes de la plage. Cela signifie que les voitures seront DERRIÈRE les gens sur la plage. Les dates pour le "changement de voie" sont du Memorial Day au Labor Day et de 9h à 17h.

C’est le bord de mer à son meilleur: de superbes vues à tous les niveaux de cette luxueuse demeure située juste derrière la dune au bord de l’océan. Trois espaces de vie créent de multiples options pour vos vacances en famille. Seaside propose un hébergement haut de gamme avec six chambres à coucher, six salles de bain complètes et deux salles d'eau. Les installations comprennent une immense piscine privée, un bain à remous, une table de billard, une machine à glaçons, un deuxi��me r��frigérateur complet, plusieurs syst��mes de cinéma maison, un deuxième lave-vaisselle, une veille des navires et le wifi.

Vous trouverez de nombreuses façons de vous détendre à n’importe quel niveau de cette maison merveilleusement aménagée. Le niveau trois propose des sièges en cuir somptueux, un système de home cinéma avec son haute définition 42 pouces HDTV et une cuisine bien équip��e avec deux lave-vaisselle. La suite principale à ce niveau dispose d'une télévision intelligente de 40 pouces avec lecteur DVD, d'un bain à remous et d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan de chaque point de vue. En montant un demi-escalier, vous trouverez la montre du navire pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. Profitez d'une partie de poker ou d'un casse-tête.
Le niveau deux s'ouvre dans une salle confortable avec des sièges confortables et plus d'options de divertissement, un Smartv 32 "avec DVD.
Trois chambres principales ont toutes un lit king size, une salle de bain privée et un accès direct au pont. Les vues sur l'océan sont toujours spectaculaires à partir de ce niveau ... bleu ininterrompu! Mais si vous avez besoin de diversion, les deux rois face à l’est ont 32 "Smartvs.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une salle de jeux avec table de billard, un bar, un grand réfrigérateur, un home cinéma 50 "HDTV avec son surround, une immense piscine priv��e (14x28), une demi-baignoire, une douche extérieure et un bain à remous. Deux chambres principales à ce niveau disposent de salles de bains privées et de lits superposés en duo pour une belle sélection de couchages.

Family Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. It was private and a quick walk to the beach. We watched the wild horses from the house every day. The layout of the house worked well for all of us. We would stay here again.

Fantastic Vacation

The house was great. Location is terrific. So nice to be able to easily walk back to the house for breaks from the beach. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Laura is nice to work with, very responsive, straightforward and helpful. We want to come back.

Breathtaking Views

The property was perfect for a large Family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook your meals. The pool and the Hot Tub was nice after a long day on the beach. I would bring lots of bottled water and ice for drinking and cooking. The Property Manager was excellent!

Great place

12 members of my family stayed and it was great. Wonderful location. The house was nice; the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were really wonderful after all day at the beach. We loved the 4x4 beach, would definitely recommend getting a 4WD car! It’s a drive to town so get groceries on the way out to the house.

You can go from feeling the sand between your toes to unwinding by the pool, lounging in the porch swing, or relaxing on your very own private balcony. The breathtaking views will leave you in awe, and all your worries will simply melt away. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. If you can't find something, it means you probably don't need it! And for those who love to read, there's even a selection of Book of the Month books available for your enjoyment. I've completely lost track of how many times I've stayed here! I'm so thrilled to return next year! Counting down!

family vacation

The house was nice, but needs to be updated. The walkway to the beach was a giant sand dune that had you had to climb up and then go down. I actually fell going down because it was kind of steep. Not sure if there can be anything done with that because of all the laws with sand dunes. We did have perfect weather and spent lots of family time which is the most important thing.

Great time, wonderful view

We absolutley loved this property. Had horses come right up to the fencing for the pool. Pool was nice, hot tub was fantastic. The people who we rented from were incredible. Easy to contact and talk to. Sadly we had to cut our vacation a day short because we weren't sure how things would be effected by Hurricane Ian. It was super windy and rainy. The beach driving was amazing, we had an f150, two jeeps, and a Kia. The only time we had trouble was during the storm on the way out. We definitely recommend.

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed here for our annual family vacation. 14 of us and we couldn't have been more comfortable. The house offers plenty of privacy in the layout, as well as a great amount of common space. The pool was the cleanest we've seen at a rental, and the pool company came twice during our stay to check on the condition - we were impressed! You can't beat the views or location - I miss waking up to dolphins & pelicans every morning with my coffee. The house literally has everything you need to prepare all meals and enjoy time your time at the beach (except beach towels - pack those!). Laura and David were incredibly helpful, provided quick responses and even gave on-the-spot directions to the house form the beach. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to go back!

An awesome seaside experience at Seaside

This was our first time at the Outer Banks and I think we picked the perfect home! Location: The house was ideally located with wild horses grazing around us at all times of the day. The 4x4 beach meant we had a controlled number of beachgoers which was very comforting during these times. The house: Seaside was spotless and very well set up with games and amenities to keep everyone happy and entertained. The kitchen was very well equipped which allowed us to cook and bake as we please. The management: Laura was an absolute delight to work with. She was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate our requests and communicate often and effectively. Overall this was the perfect escape! Thank you!

Great Experience

The location is beautiful--I thought that driving on the sand would be obnoxious, but the beach travel is a blast. The house is a two-minute walk from the beach--probably the most beautiful beach that I have been to in my (not particularly well-traveled life). Laura was incredibly responsive to our concerns. For example, the dryer went out immediately before our stay, and she promptly had it replaced with a new one. She always responded to my text messages within an hour or two. The house itself met our needs perfectly, with, most notably, a well-stocked open-concept kitchen, dining, and common area, and a deck with a beautiful view. Highly recommended!

Our stay was delayed by hurricane Matthew, but with the help of the property managers, Laura and David James, we found a place to stay for two nights until we could get to "Seaside". Laura is excellent at what she does and has a way of making you feel like you are her only guest! She made us feel so welcome and hoping for return visits!We would highly recommend using "Carova Cottages" to anyone wanting to experience the 4x4 beach at Carova!The highlights for our stay, were the beautiful views from all the windows and decks and the surprise visit from one of the wild horses that came right to our back door! Truly amazing!! Thank you so much Laura and David!!

Seaside was perfect!

What a great experience all around! Laura was in constant contact as we asked questions about what we needed to bring for our 15 month old grand baby. Everything was just as we expected and then some. I have to say, it's wild driving on the sand! You truly need 4WD!!! The house is incredibly well stocked with everything you need in a kitchen to extra books (my 88 year old mom found a book she thoroughly enjoyed from the bookshelf) in the living room... floats in the pool and lots of chairs, boogie boards, toys... We loved having the beach just over the dune. We would drive our truck to the beach with all the tents, chairs and coolers. Others just walked up and over the dune back and forth as needed to the house because it's right there! We didn't use the pool much but we did have a girls day around the pool while the guys golfed. We do a family Olympics every year and it was fun to have the pool table in the basement. We incorporated that into our family competition for the week. And seeing the horses in various places throughout the week was pretty cool too. Thanks for having us and we highly recommend Seaside at Corolla!!

Absolutely amazing week

I can honestly say this was the best vacation experience we’ve had in years. The location of the house being on the 4x4 beach was perfect. We typically stay in Nags Head each year, but our family truly enjoyed driving and parking down on the beach each day- we will for sure be returning. In the reviews people talked about how remote it is. I did not find it to be too far from essentials and a few beach shops. We felt like it was the perfect balance of a bit less crowded and remote, but close enough to town. I cannot express how beautiful the beach is and the oceanfront views from the house were stunning. Each night we either sat on the beach for dinner or hung out on our porch and watched the water. Mid week we had an issue with the water in the house turning brown. We contacted Laura and she had the water service guy out to us immediately. It took a few hours to resolve, but we were impressed with her swift response to our needs. We had no further problems with the water the rest of the week. The house was thoroughly cleaned upon arrival and we had no concerns regarding covid during the week. The beach is very covid friendly as people naturally social distance. We really could not have asked for a better vacation!

Amazing horse experience

She's not kidding when she says a 4WD vehicle is required. The beach can be sketchy depending on the time of day, traffic, and tide position. However, it was all worth it! The horses came by frequently to wander and munch. It's important to remember that they are, indeed, wild animals. The males are protective of their herd and the moms are protective of their babies. Don't be in the news. The cleaning team was not ideal, but Laura was responsive when we needed anything. I'll chalk it up to the virus, but hopefully she's able to find a better team. After an initial "touch-up", the house was lovely and suited our large group quite nicely. The washer and dryer were critical and the 2nd dishwasher was a great addition. There were plenty of places for the teens to hang out without invading the adults too much. ;-) Good for both. The beach was just over the dune and the pool was great when they were over the sand and the crowds. We could even watch a pod of dolphins from the upper deck! Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing week!

Happy Days in the OBX

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was just as described and very clean. We were very happy with everything. Having two dishwashers and two refrigerators was very helpful for our large crew. Also, the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom was wonderful. Our toddlers loved that the outside shower had warm water to rinse the sand off. The management team is excellent and were very prompt to answer our questions. We had a seafood boil catered to out to us by Outer Banks Boil Company, and it was delicious!! The views from this house are incredible. We watched dolphins swim just offshore daily and had horses in our backyard. The only thing I could criticize was the number of towels provided. However, in my experience with rental homes, that is always an issue. Knowing this we try to pack extra. With a washer and dryer available, it wasn't really a problem. I would also caution travelers with young children. The drivers on the beach are not always attentive and can drive quite fast, so you have the ocean in front of you and a busy road behind when you are at the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy the OBX.

Great stay at Seaside

We had a wonderful time at Seaside. Our first vacation to the 4 x 4 beach area. Laura was helpful from the very beginning with answering questions so we could decide on a house and location. She continued to be a help throughout the time of planning to come, always answering quickly. We came into Seaside during some bad weather and she kept us up to date on the conditions and the best time to drive up the beach. We were able to contact her during our stay also. When does this woman get a break? The house was a great place for our family to enjoy being together and have some down time. We enjoyed looking out at the beach, walking on the beach, building sand sculptures, and hearing the ocean. We saw 3 of the horses while arriving at our home and saw them several times throughout our stay around the house and on the beach. The kids even saw the fall foal that had been born a few days before! Definitely would recommend this house and Carova Cottage Rentals. The house was comfortable and plenty of space to move around. They had dinnerware that was beach themed which my family loved. We had planned on using paper plates but ended up using these dishes most of the time. The kids loved the pool table. We all enjoyed sitting in the top floor living room playing games and being able to see the ocean at the same time. We hated to see our time come to an end.
