This home has a private pool and is located in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes where amenities abound. Golfing, tennis, biking, swimming in the ocean, kayaking, restaurants, and shopping are all within minutes. Scenic, ten-minute walk to the beach.

Fully furnished open living space with 65 inch TV and access to the dining area and open kitchen with large Island.

Four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, including one of the master suites with a king size bed, sunken tub and large, walk-in shower, vaulted ceilings, and queen sofa bed. The second bedroom has a King size bed, private bath and view of the pool. The third bedroom also has a king size bed, bathroom and large bay window. The fourth spacious children's bedroom/playroom has two twin trundle beds, queen bed, entertainment TV area, sleeper sofa and private bathroom. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Fully-furnished gourmet kitchen with top-of-the line stainless steel appliances. High-speed internet wireless internet access. A blue ray player in every bedroom. Laundry room with upgraded washer and dryer. Entertainment seating for at least 12 indoors and an additional eight on the spacious patio. Cozy wooded neighborhood.

The pool is a kidney shaped pool 18 ft. by 10 ft. with depth 3 ft. to 6 ft.

The beach and water sports are minutes away. Biking to the beach or the marina is less than a five minute ride. The Shelter Cove Marina offers dining with water views, shopping galore and water sports of all kinds. There is a wonderful tennis facility in Palmetto Dunes with day or night play. The 11 mile lagoon system offers yet another chance to see wildlife from a boat and you can also fish in the lagoon. The location of Palmetto Dunes is in the middle of Hilton Head Island and is conveniently located to everything.

Everything we needed

Bedrooms were perfect for each family, the living room area was spacious with plenty of sitting room. Kids and grandchildren loved the pool and hot tub. Nice grilling area on back deck. Short bike ride to the beach

Family Vacation

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very accommodating for our family especially the pool. A little too far from the beach and no parking, had to truck everything and everybody to the beach and then drive back to the house and walk or bike back, and then do it all over again when ready to leave.

We are glad to hear that you liked everything about the home and pool. Summer time parking for the beach is available at the Dunes House just past the North gate. It's a great spot to park and enjoy the beach while having the convenience of restrooms and a seasonal restaurant. We hope you come back and stay with us again.

Perfect family rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the house layout is perfect for our family. Close to the beach and restaurants.Great area for biking and walking. Only negative things were a centipede was in the main bed last year and this year a catapiller was crawling on the same bed .this was the bedroom above the garage. Maybe need to spray more often. Overall great experience . The bed above the garage is very uncomfortable, could be replaced or add a topper.
