We were very pleased with our stay! The condo was spacious, clean, and in a great location. It is about a five minute walk across a private boardwalk to the beach. Close enough to town to enjoy restaurants and shopping but far enough out so that the beach and roads aren’t packed. We would definitely stay again!

Wife and I enjoyed our four-night stay. Just what we wanted and needed, it was close to the beach, close to town restaurants and grocery store, very nice condo. We enjoyed the beach view in the mornings and evenings from the patio. The condo had all the amenities. Easy check-in process and the host stayed in touch with appropriate communication and follow-up. Will return.

Place was clean, large beds, lots of cooking pans and utensils. WiFi was great since cell coverage wasn’t. There was nothing I think that could improve the overall experience! Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at this unit. Love the access to the beach and pool. Plenty of space for a bigger family. Getting access to the unit was easy and I appreciate not having to worry about washing towels or sheets. One of my teens brought her K cups and frother and was disappointed that there was only a regular coffee maker in the room, but she enjoyed the coffee down the street and I enjoyed a smoothie. This property is very close to food and shopping in the main part of town. The unit has aged a little since our visit a couple of years ago (rusty door knob on balcony door), but overall clean, nice furnishings, and very comfortable. The management company was available by text and there is an office on property.

The location was fabulous. We loved our stay. The only thing I would say is that we don’t have any beach toys. We ended up purchasing 2 boogie boards and sand toys and leaving them there for the next family to enjoy because we couldn’t fly back with them.

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the beach view out of the living area and the main bedroom. the patio was a great place to enjoy morning coffee watching the ocean waves. The location was within .5 miles of the entrance to Sandfest. We did not hear any noise or disturbance from the Bachelorette Party in the unit below us. Our only complaint was the sliding door from the living area to the patio could not be opened. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

FABULOUS condo with ocean view

My family enjoyed a wonderful stay here! I loved that it was on the second floor, a short walk to the beach, and the pool. Convenience and relaxation! It was super clean and had fun beach vibe decor. It was so lovely to celebrate summer here!

Friends Vacay

Our fave family vacay spot is Port A, so we brought our friends along this time to experience the island. Island Retreat is always a great choice for lodging because of it's ease of access to the beach, loads of on site amenities and updated in town condos.

Beautiful Christmas

We loved spending Christmas here! The weather was perfect! The condo had everything we needed. We loved walking on the boardwalk to the beach with plenty of beach chairs and towels to use.

Beachfront Condo

We come to Port A twice a year, and definitely prefer beachfront! This place is one that we will revisit! Great view, spacious and clean.

Easter Weekend

Great location, gorgeous balcony view, and so much room for our family of 5!! The walk to the beach was easy and the boardwalk was well-maintained. We’ll definitely be back! :-)

Location

We wanted a Gulf view and this property delivered. With quick beach access and a second story balcony we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat was cozy and well stock especially the kitchen, the bed spacious and comfortable…we were in want of nothing.

Very clean with a great view!

The property was well taken care of and very clean. My wife was checking in corners and underneath beds and she was very impressed with the cleanliness. Beautiful location and great views from the second floor balcony.
