Séjournez au cœur du comté de Leelanau dans cette spacieuse maison de ville magnifiquement rénovée. C'est une escapade familiale idéale à un prix abordable. Piscine extérieure disponible pendant les mois d'été! 3 niveaux, face à l'ouest avec vue sur l'ancienne piste de ski. Dort jusqu'à 11. Prendra en compte des séjours hebdomadaires ou courts en toute saison. Été 3 nuits minimum. Les courts séjours sont autorisés pendant les périodes estivales principales. Toutefois, aucun dépôt ne sera facturé pour les réservations de moins de 7 nuits réservées en ligne jusqu'à ce que la réservation soit confirmée par Visit Up North le jour ouvrable suivant. La date d'arrivée et / ou de départ doit revenir aux réservations existantes et / ou commencer / terminer un samedi ou un dimanche.

Located by a soon to be walking, biking park that overlooks Lake Michigan. Two beautiful golf courses within walking distance are available. Natural landscape gives a peaceful feeling. The condo was sufficient and clean. The 4 bedrooms and 4 baths made it nice for the 4 of us staying there. The condo units were built in the 1970"s so this unit was a bit dated , however nice enough for us. We needed to use the floor fans in the lower bedrooms and one upper bedroom as the individual windows AC units did m other provide cooling or were not available. There are several TVs however could only get the one to work in the living room. The internet was not available until the 3rd day of our stay. However we did not watch TV but wanted to make this known. We also could not secure the lowered level sliding access door. This was reported.

We will let the owners know about things that need to be fixed. There was an update, but they used new items to look nice with the overall vibe of the 70's condo. Every year more gets done, but we think it is pretty groovy!

Great Stay!

Our family of 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant stayed for a week. There was plenty of space for all of us. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Great location for what we wanted to do. Near hiking trails, beaches, and various towns. About 30 minutes out of Traverse, which was fine for us. It was quiet and the people you met there were friendly. Highly recommend staying here on your next trip!

Nice 4 bedroom condo

Nice condo. Only negative is no bathroom on the main floor. If there are senior citizens in your group who can’t do stairs easily, I would stay at a hotel.

Great home base for 11 women cyclists

Plenty of room for 11 women looking to cycle roads and trails. Roads, trails, wineries, quaint towns with shopping, beautiful vistas. Pool was a plus. Manager actually overcommunicated. Responded quickly to questions. Plenty of parking for a big group. Walk up hill behind condo for a beautiful sunset.

Really enjoyed our stay! Pluses were bathrooms for everyone. Really no negatives except the no electricity in master bathroom. Would recommend putting hardware on kitchen cub boards, difficult to open, could cause some frustration & eventual damage. Overall very happy Thanks!

We had 10 people so the 4 bed/4 bath was ideal. We were pretty disappointed that the living room fireplace did not work properly. There were a lot of "rules" for the renters but not much for the people renting the property. Also some of the blankets were dirty and not usable.

Multiple Family Stay

Perfect size for multiple families. Stayed with my in-laws, wife & daughter, plus my wife's brother and his kids. Plenty of room for all of us. Remodel looks great, new carpet throughout. My wife's uncle lives in Leelanau, so the party that brought us up was 5 minutes from the condo, making it a perfect location. The closed ski lodge next door is a bit of an eye sore, but that's not the owner's fault. My daughter and nieces enjoyed the pool and open area behind the condo to run around. I believe my brother in-law hiked up the mountain as well. If you need to be around Cedar or in the Leelanau Peninsula with a large group, this is as good of an option that your gonna find.
