Entire property, including the private backyard, is available for guest access. Driveway allows for 3 cars, tandem parking.
Other things to note
We have a doorbell camera at the entrance of the property. There is NO video surveillance monitoring on the interior of the house.

This home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. The device measures decibel levels; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations. Although we are extremely excited to welcome you and your friends/family into our home, this is NOT a party or events space.

No smoking allowed inside or on premises. Violators of this policy will be fined up to $1,000.
