Family friendly home. 3 bedrooms 2 baths. We are a 2-3 minute walk to the famous Tropic of Cancer Beach with ocean views from the upper loft. We are located approximately 45 minutes from the Georgetown airport and 30 minutes from Georgetown proper. We can also help you with any of your car rental, tours, or concierge needs.
Steps away from a spectacular beach. Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house. All new furniture as of April 2024. New TVs, 2 gaming consoles, Starlink internet,multiple small appliances. On demand generator. Amenities include a large, covered deck with BBQ grill, fully stocked kitchen, beach gear and much more. Come enjoy this new listing!

Our home is located out by Tropic of Cancer beach. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. If you are looking to get away from it all. But still have space and updated amenities. We are the house for you. Plenty of room for couples, friends, or families! 2 Min walk to one of the best beaches in the world!

We loved our stay at La Vie en Rose! It was very quiet, minutes walk to the beautiful beach which you basically have to yourself. Great porch for reading/playing games! Also two minutes to La Brea, a great little lunch/drinks place right on the beach. Natalie the property owner was so helpful and responsive, she proactively would give us tips on where to go/what to do based on the weather we were having that day. For first timers to Exuma this was invaluable. The house is stocked with beach bags, towels, chairs, snorkel equipment, etc. Tina the property manager was also very kind and responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend this beach house for family or group of friends.

We loved staying here and will be back as soon as we can. The house had everything you would need and want. It is very family friendly with floats and games and a cute loft area. If you are a detailed oriented person- you will appreciate how hard the owner and manager strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was very clean, comfortable and the location is premium! A two minute walk to breathtaking Tropic of Cancer beach! The owner had fantastic and friendly communication, and the lovely house manager, Tina, was a huge help with her grocery delivery service. One night we had a meal prepared and dropped off by Glori. (The sweetest person on the planet) As I write this I’m humming the song and scheming how I can get back to La Vie En Rose

The whole home had everything you could think of that you would need in a home. From a fully equipped kitchen, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, games, Xbox, all the things you’d need for a day at the beach. She truly has thought of EVERYTHING!

Fantastic place to stay near to the Tropic of Cancer beach! Natalie was a fantastic host, always checking in and giving some tips for things to do/places to go on the island. The house was perfect for one or two couples. Loved each part of the home - and definitely was a fan of the outdoor shower (much needed after a day at the beach).The beaches on the island are all mesmerizing and make for a great morning/afternoon. A wonderful island and place to stay if you're looking for a nice getaway!

They have everything you need there for a relaxing stay. Every beach toy you could need. Tropic of cancer beach is amazing and only a three minute walk.

This house was fantastic for us ! It was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was great. We loved everything about this beautiful house. We will definitely be back soon! You will not be disappointed at all!!

Fantastic Beach Cottage near Tropic of Cancer Beach

We had a fantastic week staying at La Vie en Rose in Exuma! The walk to the beach is very short and the house is super cozy. Natalie was very responsive to any questions we had and checked up on us regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The shed was stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach and the kitchen had plenty of spices, condiments, and small appliances as well. It really is like home away from home and we had the worst time leaving! We hope we can return again to this little slice of beach heaven very soon!

Clean and well stocked house

This is a cute place that is next to an incredibly beautiful and quiet beach. The shed with beach supplies was a great plus. Natalie clearly loves this home, and tried very hard to make our stay great. The location is quite far south, so it is hard to find restaurants/gas/food within 20 minutes.

Nothing short of AMAZING!

This house was a dream. Natalie was so very helpful from the very beginning and very easy to communicate with. The house was super clean and had EVERYTHING we needed. It’s just a very short walk to the beach. It has a beautiful front porch to enjoy your coffee on while listening to the birds sing. Very quiet and low key neighborhood. Highly recommend! Already missing it!

Sweet spot!

Our family just returned from a relaxing week at La Vie En Rose! The property is absolutely adorable and is exactly as pictured. It was the perfect amount of space for 6 of us. The home was extremely clean with comfortable beds and stocked with every amenity you can think of! Natalie was extremely responsive and provided a wealth of information/advice to make our first trip to Exuma memorable. Tropic of Cancer beach is stunning and only a quick 2 minute walk from the home. I would happily recommend this property to any of my family or friends.

Perfect Cottage!

La Vie En Rose is the perfect cottage for anyone looking to stay on the breathtaking Tropic of Cancer Beach. This was our second stay, and we loved it just as much as the first!The location is excellent—just a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. The cottage itself is well-equipped for a perfect beach getaway. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and utensils, the bedrooms are tastefully decorated, and the spacious front porch is ideal for relaxing. The rooftop deck is perfect for stargazing at night.The shed is packed with everything you need for the beach—chairs, floats, snorkeling gear, and more. And Natalie is a fantastic host, always available with helpful suggestions and quick to answer any questions.

The Most Relaxing Vacation Ever!

First and foremost, this location was amazing. As soon as your walk in, it felt like the place you needed to be for peace and relaxation. If you have kids, your kids will definitely be occupied with the amount of activities they can do. They have everything you need for the beach, from beach chairs to beach toys to coolers, so if you forget something, no worries they’ll have it. The beach was literally 2 min walk and then your have Breas on your way walking. a little bar stand that makes delicious conch fritters and burgers! Let’s not forget the drinks too! Most importantly, Natalie was such an amazing host and one of the best that I have communicated with. Any questions you have she’ll answer within minutes. Thank you for opening your home to us. We will be back! Thank you again Natalie!

The Perfect Beach Cottage!

My family (10 and 12 yo and husband) and I stayed at La Vie en Rose for 6 days and it was an absolute dream. The cottage was a great size for us and it was absolutely immaculate and so cute! We especially loved the beautiful shower in the master bathroom and the outdoor shower. You can tell that the owners visit this home often because it has absolutely everything you would need for a great stay. Towels, kitchen items, toiletries, blankets, and even extra sunscreen- you really could show up in a bathing suit and be ready for the week! Not only that, but there is tons of beach equipment in the shed.. there are plenty of coolers, floats, chairs, and floaties. The location really is perfect- it is 2-3 minutes walk away from a GORGEOUS beach. There is a cute bar/food shack at the entrance of the beach that is a fun little stop before you spend a perfect day at the beach. The roads are a bit rough getting there, but if you go a little slow right there near the house than any car you rent will be fine! We rented a jeep and it was a ton of fun exploring the area and the islands! The owner, Natalie, is probably the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever rented from. She went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was perfect and all of her recommendations were excellent! If you are on the fence about renting this home, do yourself a favor and do it! You will NOT be disappointed! This home is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for a family vacay!

We wanted to have a home that was new and updated for a reasonable price and close to one of the best beaches in the world. La Vie en Rose has everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable.
