July vacation week

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived late (7pm)due to traffic no one in office (closed) had trouble getting in room. Pulled out Futon bed and found dirty sheets with mice feces. Checked out before office opened (8am) unclear instructions about turning in pool bands, we left them in room. Notified management about this and given rude response. Nice room and nice stay overall.

Had we been notified about the sofa bed and bedding concerns while you were there, we would have had the opportunity to address them promptly and make things right for you. Our check-in and checkout reminder messages also include the checkout procedures, including instructions regarding the pool bands. We’re sorry if those instructions were unclear to you, and we appreciate you bringing that to our attention. We certainly never want a guest to feel that their concerns are not being heard, and we apologize if our response came across as rude. Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great - 3rd floor and easy access to the stairs (we used the stairs 90% of the time because the elevator was so busy). It also looks over the pool so you can watch your kiddos. There were a few things that we were pretty annoyed with. The condition of the pans were awful to cook on .. we needed up buying our own to use. There was literally one spatula to cook with, only a few plates, and barely any other cooking utensils. The tub backed up as you were showering. There was a broom but no dust pan. When we got there the chairs were full of sand. The kitchen table was being held up by a paper towel and was so wobbly. I understand these are probably investment properties but this unit really needs a facelift.

Overall Resort and Condo 310

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall opinion is that this place could be amazing. The property is not kept up and the rooms are missing things for the price being charged. Items that need immediate attention:1. Rooms need more convenience items. There were no toiletries, no dish soap, no laundry detergent, no extra garbage bags. 2. Parking doesn’t seem to be enforced. Saw multiple cars with no tag.General Comments:1. Rooms look run down. 2. Room 310 dryer needs to be fixed. The top is bent and the drum scrapes. Very loud. 3. No privacy on the balcony. Walls between rooms should have been extended to the end of the railing. 4. Room 310 needs minor repairs throughout. 5. Room 310 bed comforter is gross. Suggest washing those every once on a while.
