**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic from the balcony of our one-bedroom condo is Priceless!
These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t feel like
venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views for
miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. The bedroom
features a King bed and offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is a bathroom
located along the hallway with a shower stall. Additional sleeping arrangements include a murphy bed in the living room. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering needs located in the hallway as well.
The living area and bedroom have TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a
home away from home while enjoying the Beach!

Water’s Edge Resort is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!

Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s Edge Resort. The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!

We loved the condo! It was as described on web site. It was very cute and loved the upgrades. Great location and loved all it had to offer. A bonus to have beach chairs!Perfect view and ease of getting in and out of the building/parking was great. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely Stunning

My wife and I stayed there for a long weekend. It was perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer. The unit was very nicely decorated. A lot of the furniture looked new. It was clean. The view from the balcony was great as well. I would stay here again. This is great spot.

Room was very beachy decorated and very clean. We were very happy with our stay. The keypad was a bit of an issue bout overall would stay again.

The nicest condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at a number of units at Waters Edge. This unit was by far the nicest we’ve had. The furniture was also too nice for a rental. The condo was completely stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. It did lack a large pot but other than that very well accommodating. Even the balcony furniture was well appointed and heavy. The only drawback was the tv did not get local stations. The tv’s did have a number of apps but it would have been nice to have the local news, etc.Still would have to rate it 5 stars.We will certainly request it again.

No remote or working Internet.

Manager was rude when alerted the first night we had no Internet, no remotes, therefore no tvs to watch. The first night was ruined by no entertainment, and couldnt log onto computer to complete work.

Disappointment at the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great till we had to leave 2 days earlier because of the hurricane. We only stayed 5 out of 7 days.We know this area is flooded after a lot of rain from experience and we knew we could not get out. We also used to get 10% off the price because we were coming every year till COVID, so only 3% was a disappointment.
