Good little condo to stay in if you’re in the Denver area and want to do a lot of things around there. Host was VERY responsive and super kind (gave us lots of restaurant recommendations beforehand) and they have a list of things to do, see and eat in the condo. They even have a pantry and fridge of food you can help yourself to, which came in handy when we got back from red rocks at midnight and there was nothing decent open. Neighborhood was quiet which helped get restful sleep!

We loved our stay at Niko’s. The home is very clean and cozy. The host is very accommodating and leaves nice little perks. We highly recommend this place for a couple. Have one suggestion, maybe a bed topper to make the bed more comfortable. Other than that everything was perfect. We will definitely be returning!

We had such a great stay! I am a country girl, and this place was such a peaceful home away from home to relax and regroup. It was so accessible to everywhere in the city! We went to a Rockies game and a concert at Ball, spent a morning in Golden, ate and drank around the area. We had a great time! Communication with hosts was always quick and check-in was painless. I highly recommend this property.
