The unit was very clean and comfortable. The proximity to stores was very good. The communication with the host was good. I was hoping to have a coffee maker, but that wasn't a major inconvenience. I thought the value was fair.

Everything was great! We wanted to leave a 5 star review except the rotting smell when water went down the shower drain was noxious. It wouldn’t last long, but it was very unpleasant. We asked for a last minute early check in. They were great with coordinating availability. Communication was timely. Small details, like prepared ice cubes, drinking water, reception music, coffee pods and usb/usbc plug ins were unexpected necessities. This listing was a great home away from home for our family.

Great host. Great communications. Answered quickly when I had a question about the house. House was close to everywhere we needed to go, Coors brewing, downtown and Redrocks. It was just 2 of us and it was the perfect size for us.

We were in town for a family wedding. This location was between the wedding venue and our family's local home, which was perfect. Clean, cool& colorful property. The girls enjoyed the photography on the walls.

Nice place, clean and good location

Very clean comfortable accommodations. TV, beds, and lounging in the living room, all very relaxing. The patio area was a plus for hanging out too. Kitchen facilities limited but adequate, plenty of fridge space. The location was great! Shopping and restaurants nearby, and LRT trains not far away if you want to explore Denver. Good parking on-site here, if you need it.

Quiet neighborhood, good location

My family and I had a great overall stay. The place was quiet, clean, in a very good neighborhood, and I would stay here again. There were only a couple of complaints (neither of which were brought to the attention of the property manager & possibly nit picky).. Issue 1; a couple members of my family have asthma and the air fresheners were extremely potent. Everyone thought the place smelled nice, no doubt, but the level of air freshener in this place was overwhelming. We unplugged the wall dispenser immediately upon entry as my wife and middle child had a hard time breathing for the initial few hours. Issue 2(not really an issue); We felt that the quiet hours were a little unrealistic (9p-9a). We did our best to accommodate this request and never had any problems due to noise. I would suggest modifying the quiet hours to something like 10p-8a. We were quiet and respectful, but it did make the stay slightly less enjoyable. We weren’t sure how loud would be too loud for a movie at night or morning routines.

Born and raised in Colorado love horses, very artistic, love the arts, and traveling. I enjoy water sports and helicopters. Have traveled around the world and love hosting because I talk to new people all the time and get to know there travels which makes it fun and new for me in my busy life. Work construction and manage property’s for a living and have two Doberman that love me to death! Very busy man some days harder then other but the faith keeps me going and every day is a blessing!

Lakewood is 10 min from downtown Denver and 15 min from mountains and farm like land which is unheard of so close and central to everything. It’s a blessing to be at this property and the spectacular location and how central it is to Denver and mountains.
