Madison Valley is perfectly positioned to get you downtown or down to Lake Washington. There are several coffee shops and restaurants within 3 blocks. The cottage is also just a half mile from the beautiful Washington Park Arboretum, the UW Botanical Garden, and the Japanese Garden. Great trails for running or biking.

* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* There are two assigned parking spots. One spot on the side, another spot in the front of the house. Free street parking is easily available nearby.

*. Steps disclosure: No stair at entrance. All bedrooms on the second floor with 1 freight of stairs.
*. AC Disclosure: 3 mini split AC. One in the living room. The other 2 mini split AC are in two bedrooms
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
