You will need a car to get here. No grocery store nearby in the walking distance. The closest grocery store (Safeway) is 8 mins away by driving. 25 mins from SeaTac airport, and 30 mins to downtown Seattle. Uber / Lyft are available.

Other Things to Note:
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Garage parking for 1 car is available. You could park additional 2-3 cars on the driveway easily.

*. Steps disclosure: 3 steps at entrance. 1 bedroom and 1 powder room on the first floor; 3 bedrooms and all full bathrooms on the second floor
*. AC Disclosure: No AC but only tower fans in all bedrooms and living room.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
