From its spacious layout to private decks and balconies, this home strikes the perfect balance between togetherness and tranquility, offering plenty of places to gather and areas to “escape” for some quiet time.
The moment you enter, the bright and cheerful vibe will immediately put you in vacation mode. The den features comfy couches and a flat screen TV, and opens up to a private balcony with seating for two. The living room offers a comfortable modular sofa and another large flat screen, perfect for movie nights. You’ll find even more relaxation options on another private balcony, seating five—ideal for morning coffee or late-night snacks.
The well-equipped kitchen is a dream for multiple chefs, offering plenty of cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful granite countertops. With breakfast bar seating for four and a dining area for six, meal prep and game nights are a breeze. A half bath is conveniently located on this floor, along with a dedicated laundry room.
Up one flight, you’ll find the king-sized primary bedroom with an en suite bath featuring dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a jetted tub—perfect for relaxing after a long day. This room also boasts a private balcony, where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee or unwind with a nightcap. Down the hall, the second king-sized bedroom also has an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The third king bedroom comes with its own en suite bath, featuring a deep tub and shower combo.
Need to blend work with play? A desk and two chairs are set up on this floor, along with another private balcony with comfortable seating.
Up one more flight is the large “kids” room, perfect for younger guests. This room features two sets of full-sized bunk beds, sleeping six, plus a play area that will keep them entertained for hours.
On the ground floor, you’ll find even more amenities for fun and relaxation. Enjoy a hot tub, a propane grill, an outdoor shower for rinsing off the beach sand, a fire pit, and a beverage and ice fridge. For a fun day out, two paddleboards are also available for use on the Sound.
Parking is available for two cars in the driveway and one in the garage. Please note that there is no on-street parking and trailers, boats, or RVs cannot be parked in the driveway.
Walk across the street to the wooden boardwalk that leads directly to the beach—it's easy to bring all your gear and the beach wagon provided will make the trip even easier. The photos show just how close this home is to both the Gulf and the Sound!
Take a dip in the community pool or stroll to the private dock, where you can watch boats go by or catch a spectacular sunset. The location also offers a short walk to beachside restaurants and the fishing pier, which is the longest on the Gulf of Mexico. It’s a great spot for people-watching and seeing what the locals are reeling in.
This is a non-pet-friendly home, smoking is not allowed inside or on the balconies, and no events are permitted. The minimum age to rent is 25.
