Cette maison au bord de l'eau construite sur mesure et conçue à l'intérieur a été achevée en 2014. Mobilier confortable, draps à haute densité de fils et souci du détail. Nouveaux appareils électroniques et électroménagers. Ports de chargement USB dans chaque pièce. Beaucoup de sièges à l'extérieur, balançoire et hamac. Quai avant du canal. Piscine de quartier directement en face de la rue. Kayaks, paddleboard et vélos! Golf Cart disponible avec dépôt remboursable supplémentaire de 250 $ pour voiturette de golf.

La maison a du bois franc dans tous les espaces communs et une chambre au premier étage. Les chambres à l'étage ont un nouveau tapis. Cette maison conçue à l'intérieur a des finitions personnalisées, des meubles haut de gamme et un éclairage design.

Voiturette de golf électrique disponible (en option) pour un montant supplémentaire remboursable de 250 $. 00 dépôt et accord signé.

La maison est située sur un canal avec une grande pêche et un accès au détroit de Santa Rosa. Apportez votre bateau et vos jet-skis! La rampe de mise à l'eau est à moins de trois kilomètres et vous pouvez amarrer votre bateau / jet-skis au quai de la maison! Il y a une piscine de lotissement calme juste en face de la rue. Vous avez également un accès privé au quai de pêche du quartier et aux plages appartenant à l'État le long du son. La plage est à seulement 300 mètres.

La plage de Navarre est sur une île barrière et est le «secret le mieux gardé de Floride». Élu l'une des «meilleures plages de sable blanc de Floride» par Conde Nast Traveler.
La plage de Navarre abrite également la plus longue jetée de pêche du golfe (à vélo ou à moins de 2 miles en voiture) et propose de superbes plongées en apnée et de plongée sous-marine.

The house is beautiful! Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood probably due to beginning of off season. Golf cart was fun! Only down note I have is the pool needs someTLC. Needs paint and a cleaning. Since the Gulf was rough and couldn't swim we were at the pool a lot. Check in communication was excellent! Love the area and hope to visit again. Thanks for the use of wonderful home!

Great home in a great location!

Home is FAB!!! We had a great time and look forward to coming back! So great having the pool right across from the house and the walk to the beach was not far at all. House has all you need for a wonderful vacation!

Favorite vacation spot

We love coming to the panhandle from Texas every summer and this house is unmatched! We stayed in 2020 and visited different properties 21-23 but never enjoyed ourselves as much, so we came back to this home this year and it was just as special as we remembered! Lovely home, lovely furniture/decorations, amenities, and great location.

Family time

Absolutely perfect!

Perfect week

My family had a wonderful week staying in Shane's beach house. He was an attentive and flexible host, and the house itself was so comfortable and clean. We made use of just about every amenity and were so thankful for the time together in Navarre. We hope to return for another week sometime soon!

Spring Break Navarre Beach

My family and I travel to a couple of different locations every year and this was definitely one of our favorites. Just a stunning home. It was so beautifully decorated. Perfect location, plenty of space for all of us, and walking distance to the beach. It was a magical trip for all of us. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Best Annual Summer Vaca!!

We go to Navarre Beach almost every year, and this vacation was one of the best. The owner Shane was super helpful and quickly responded to our needs. Loved the property, beautiful views of both the sound and the ocean. The house had everything you could need or want. Our kids loved using the paddle board and Kayak. We will definitely be back.

Annual Navarre Trip

This is our 4th year in a row coming to Navarre and this house didn’t disappoint. Great setup! House was immaculate. The owner (Shane) was quick to respond to any questions. I hope to be able to rent this property every year.

perfect place for your family to vacation!

We loved this vacation home! Great communication with owner and managment company. The house was perfect for our family. Our grandkids loved the ride to the ocean on the golf cart! The house was clean and pretty. Everything we needed at this house. Fishing right out the back door, bicycle rides everyday, kayaking. This house was just perfect for all of us and we really enjoyed staying here!

Gorgeous!

This house was beautiful. Brand new and perfect. The location was great for getting to the beach and restaurants. Loved the dock and backyard. Decor was gorgeous. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Pool was warm and convenient Golf cart was an added bonus. Cannot say enough good things are this property.

Nothing omitted!

Incredible location! Close proximity to a gorgeous beach, beautiful pool, deep water canal dock behind the home, short trip to public boat launch and gulf side fishing pier. The kayaks, golf cart and bicycles added to the entertainment of every family member. All enhanced by a beautiful and spacious home that included all necessities and amenities!

Simply amazing

This house and location on Navarre beach is amazing! We did lots of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed and more...even a few spices we forgot!! We could not have found a more comfortable and relaxing home, even with 7 adults and kids!! The pool location is like having your own pool and the golf cart made for a quick ride to the gulf!! The owner was more than helpful and always responded to our every need! Thanks for making this vacation one to remember!

Comfortable and Relaxing

The house amenities were outstanding. Great layout and the accommodations were superb. My family really enjoyed our stay. It was like home away from home. The extra amenities like the bikes and kayaks were a welcome addition. It made the trip even better. Communications with the owner was outstanding. Shane has an outstanding property. We have been coming to Navarre for 6 of the last seven years except for 2020 coronavirus year. This was the best of all our vacations. We hope to book it again next year.

Five+ Stars!

We have rented many places and this one is in the "best" category. I have high standards and this lovely house exceeded them. If you enjoy tasteful decoration, a clean accommodation, comfortable beds with high thread count cotton sheets, and a well stocked kitchen then this is the place for you! The beach is a short walk and is on a stretch which is not overly crowded even on a holiday weekend. We liked it so much we re-booked for next year. Shane went out of his way to get an entire suitcase we managed to leave behind back to us. It was a perfect stay!

Incredible and Convenient Experience!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The pictures do not do this property justice. We were blown away when first touring this home, as were our fellow guests. The amenities, especially the golf cart, bikes, and kayaks were a great asset. Only a short 5 minute walk to the beach or 1 minute by Golf cart. The décor of the home was modern, clean, and comfortable. The beds were also great, and we were all well-rested. We loved the home so much, we spent most nights in cooking and dining-in. We would 100% stay again, and would recommend to any travelers looking to experience the panhandle beach.

Could not have been better!

Perfection and luxurious comfort on this well-designed, beautiful home on the canal. Everyone was happy here!! Fishing right outside our door, paddle boarding, kayaking plus the Beach or the Sound within 2-3 minutes on foot in either direction. Oh, and zipping around in the golf cart, dinners on the deck...it was heavenly. And no one was bored!! After three months of homebound quarantine, this was our first outing from our Atlanta home. The four kids in our party were delighted and largely unplugged. Could not have asked for more!

New Years Wedding

The property was everything the description mentioned and more. We stayed with my parents and our adult kids. The first- floor bedroom was perfect for Grandma and Grandpa and the other bedrooms worked perfect for the rest of us. We appreciated showing up and having a "check-in snack" waiting for us! Also having soaps, paper products, some spices, and cleaning supplies was awesome. Lastly, our family fully enjoyed the bikes, paddle boards, beach chairs, and pool. We were able to stay very active with all these during our stay. We're already looking at our schedules to see when we can go back. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

great property- great for our large family

My main concern with renting his property was that I thought it was too far from beach. That turned out to be a non-factor. We drove the golf cart the two blocks to the beach and/or walked or drove a car simply to help haul gear to the beach. We really split our time between house, canal, beach, swimming pool and other area attrations. The canal out back was the coolest suprise. We fished right from our back yard with the grandkids and caught many small fish (we thew them back). We really enjoyed the kayaks on the canal and out into bay. We also rented a paddelboad which was fun in the canal and bay. Well furnished home with comfortable beds and great family hangout space. Also many great balconies for quiet couple time. Quiet neighborhood. Great package all around.

Wonderful Week!

We absolutely loved staying at Shane's property! He was great to work with. Quick responses! Even though we visited during an epidemic, we felt very safe. The beach house was very clean and the beach was not crowded at all. We never really came in contact with other people except for eating out one time. We chose a restaurant with a patio and wore our masks in and out of the place. We brought our own food so that limited our grocery runs, too! The house is stunning! Just beautiful! Huge bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The house was very well equipped to handle 10 of us. Plenty of dishes and seating. Everyone loved the balconies. Saw multiple cities ' fireworks from the master balcony on the 4th! It was beautiful! We made use of the kayak and paddle board. My husband and daughter loved their early morning excursion out in the bay. We also rented a pontoon and ski jets close by. We have stayed in Navarre before (in a condo which we loved) but this property and location offers so much more and you're away from the crowds. We will definitely return someday! Thank you, Shane, for a wonderful Family vacation!
