A near perfect and very affordable and nice place to stay. We enjoyed it. I do wish the elevator worked and I do wish the pool area had an entrance directly into the house but those were my only real gripes. I recommend it.

Exceptionable beach house

We had a fantastic vacation at the Just Peachy house in Navarre Beach. Everything from the newness of the furnishings to the swimming pool to relax in after a day at the beach. Just Peachy is definitely worth the price for rental.

Just Peachy was Just Great!

My family, including 2 grandchildren under 2 had a great week at this property! The sunset and sunrise views were wonderful. Grocery, restaurants all within close proximity. The 2 minute walk to the beach is great. A suggestion would be to have a working elevator, for groceries, luggage, and "kid equipment" to the living areas. Maybe a bathroom by the pool! Management team was absolutely wonderful as well.

Communication with the host was easy and responses were very quick. This was one of the cleanest and well stocked vacation rental I've ever encountered. VERY clean and all the necessities of a week long rental. The design was lovely as were the views from the front and back. The only things that prevent me from giving it five stars were:* Pool - There is no temperature control or chiller therefore the pool water was very hot. I expected a crisp, cool pool with such an upscale property.* Stairs - I knew there was no working elevator, but there were two very long flights in order to get to the main kitchen/living area. It was a lot.* Wifi - Worked fine during the day, but once evening hit it was practically unusuable. And therefore no TV or other wifi-enabled devices. This was a problem.Overall, a lovely property with a few issues that were not ideal.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad Just Peachy’s communication, cleanliness, well-stocked setup, design, and views worked well for your stay. Sorry the pool temperature, stairs, and evening Wi‑Fi fell short of expectations. The property does not have a pool chiller. We’ll also update the listing to better emphasize the two long flights of stairs so future guests can plan accordingly. For the Wi‑Fi, our tech team has been alerted and will investigate signal boosters or an upgrade to improve evening performance. We appreciate your helpful feedback and hope to host you again with Blue Moon Vacation Rentals.

Spur of the Moment Get Away

This house served it purpose for our Spur of the Moment Get Away. Unfortunately, we had to move mid week to another location due to the AC going out. The rental company was very accommodating due to the issue and got us a new location. The home was clean and comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is absolutely gorgeous and so clean! There is an unbelievable view from almost every window, and it is just steps from the beach. Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

We loved our vacation at Just Peachy! The home is impeccably decorated and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable. The communication with the property management was easy and convenient. The house is located just a short want from the beach. We enjoyed watching the sun rise every morning from all of the balconies. Can’t wait to go back! This home is 5 stars! But if I could have changed anything, it would have been to have a heated pool and to be able to use the elevator. But don’t let that deter you. You’ll love the home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just Peachy was all as advertised. Great location, clean, up to date and tasteful decor. The kitchen storage was adequate for pantry items and offered many appliances (griddle, toaster, slow cooker, etc. ). The pool was just as pictured and a welcome respite from the jelly fish in the gulf. The tv experience took awhile to figure out but once we did it was fine. Overall this is an exceptional property and managed with efficiency and thoroughness.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience staying at Just Peachy. The home was very clean, nicely decorated, and just a short walking distance to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The only draw back at all was not having an outside bathroom by the pool area. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
