This leafy piece of property is serene, relaxing, and only minutes from the heart of town, giving you enviable access to the wonders of Lake Michigan's shoreline.

This single-story home sits about two blocks from downtown Glen Arbor, a community that boasts an incredible location along the Crystal River, the Glen Lakes, and Lake Michigan. It's the perfect home base for exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the stunning trails and beaches that await in every direction. The surrounding Leelanau Peninsula is known for its spectacular fall foliage, local wineries and breweries, and fantastic opportunities for boating, fishing, and kayaking. Back in town, you'll find public tennis and pickleball courts and an array of restaurants, cafes, and shops mere blocks away.

Summer days are for spending time outdoors and this property offers plenty of space for doing so. Sip your morning coffee in cushioned seats on the front porch, host afternoon barbecues on the expansive back deck, and gather around the firepit for s'mores and stories in the crisp night air.

The interior is bright, open, and inviting, with sunlight streaming in through banks of windows and multiple skylights. Standing in the center is a stone fireplace, giving warmth and ambience to the living room, the dining space, and the well-equipped kitchen. There's even a small sunroom off in the corner - a wonderful spot to set up your laptop at the desk and work with a view of the garden. Of the three bedrooms, one is a primary suite with its own smart TV, en suite bathroom, and doors that lead out to the deck.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
