Perfect for group of 12. Close walk to beach and there are may pool and beach toys to use while there. Loved shaded front porch and kids loved the bunk room.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Lily Pad! Everything was perfect. It is decorated beautifully and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We spent most mornings and evenings on the screened in porch. Our younger teens used the bikes all day every day, while the rest of us utilized the golf cart to explore. We also all loved having our own bathroom in our bedroom! Communication was impeccable - I could text the host and was answered immediately. We will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved this home! The space was perfect for our family and we are so happy we got a home with a private pool, golf cart and bikes! The pool was perfect! We loved that we didn’t have to deal with other companies to get the golf cart and bikes, made the process smooth! The distance to Seaside was great! We walked, rode bikes and drove the golf cart! Location was great! We will definitely stay there again!

This was by far one of favorite vacations. We for sure wasn’t ready to come home. The only suggestion would be for more golf cart parking closer to the beach access. It was so peaceful at the beach and the house. This property offered so much to do and was just perfect for our family!

My wife and I have visited Seaside many times and have traditionally stayed closer to or directly on the beach, often for longer stays. Even though this home is about five blocks from the beach, we can honestly say it was well worth it.The house itself is absolutely beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. With just the two of us, we almost felt lost with all the space! The pool and outdoor amenities were a definite highlight. We enjoyed them so much that we spent an entire day at the house, grilling out, relaxing, and enjoying the pool instead of heading to the beach.The pool area doesn’t get full sun throughout the day, but there was more than enough sunshine for the two of us to relax and enjoy it.Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. Seaside is such a beautiful and special place, and this home made our visit even more enjoyable. It has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation and would be a great choice for couples or families.We would stay here again anytime and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Seaside!

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO in Santa Rosa, Florida. The home itself was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and even better than expected. We had a wonderful week at the beach. This home is beautifully decorated, very centrally located and was spotless. The pool is well sized and was perfect for relaxing after the beach.

A great place to stay for a quick golf cart or bike ride to all the seasudes activities! The house was so clean, beds were comfy, pool was great! Only thing was it is a gravel/dirt road neighborhood, so you get covered is dust when you ride the golf cart or bikes.
