The spacious living room provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy the company of friends and family. Each of the three bedrooms offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after an exciting day. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dining table, is perfect for preparing meals. Step outside to the backyard, where you’ll find a patio with seating for four, ideal for enjoying a meal fresh off the charcoal grill or simply soaking in the atmosphere.

- Internet/ Wi-Fi (due to the increase in visitors in Green Bay during game days cell phone coverage and service can vary)

- 1 Smart TV (living room) with streaming device. Guests are welcome to log into their own accounts on streaming apps. A Netflix account is provided by the host for guest enjoyment.

- Dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, kitchen towels, hot pads, grill utensils, tea kettle and wine glasses are also at the property

Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

- Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

- A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
