All the amenities you need with nearby access to the GSP airport, Greenville, Greer, and Spartanburg, as well as a thoughtfully designed open living area, with three bedrooms, a bonus room that can serve as a work office (or to sleep a seventh person), and two well-appointed bathrooms. Additionally, you'll find a stunning backyard that beckons you to unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Spread out on the chaise-longue, cook in your own kitchen or the backyard BBQ, then sink into a soft bed after your daytime adventures.

The space: Inside, you'll discover a haven of comfort and style. The living area invites you to relax on the plush chaise-longue, while the fully equipped kitchen provides a delightful space to showcase your culinary skills. Should you prefer the outdoors, a backyard BBQ awaits, offering the perfect setting for al fresco dining and entertaining. At the end of each day's adventures, retire to one of the invitingly soft queen size beds and sink into a restful slumber.

Guest access: The entire house is yours to enjoy, except for one closet and the backyard toolshed; If you'd like to use the garage to park your vehicle, please let the host know in advance so we can set you up with a garage remote or an access code.

Other things to note: Quite hours are 10 pm - 7 am; No smoking or vaping is permitted inside or outside the house, or anywhere on the property. Any spot away from the immediate vicinity of the house is recommended for smoking; A smoke/vape sensor is installed on the property. If activated, a $1,000 cleaning-fee will apply.
