Indulge your culinary passions in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern amenities, including a Bosch dishwasher, food disposal, and a 5-burner induction cooktop. Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, this exquisite home balances tranquil elegance with vibrant city life. You’re just a stroll from the lush landscapes of Brooklyn Bridge Park and the scenic Brooklyn Heights Promenade, with all the major subway lines nearby for effortless city exploration.







To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

Brooklyn Heights is a posh residential area of elegant brownstones. It's known for its tree-lined promenade along the East River, with unrivaled views of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. The neighborhood also attracts visitors and local families to the landscaped walkways and playgrounds of waterfront Brooklyn Bridge Park. Locals gather at the longstanding bars and restaurants along Henry Street.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Please note that guests are not allowed to access the rooftop.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
