Four blocks from gorgeous Prospect Park, Whole Foods, excellent shopping and great restaurants plus Barclays Center close by. Easy access to all of New York City!
Great to place to call home while visiting Brooklyn. Useful kitchen, nice beds and very clean. The family room is quite small, barely enough sitting for three people. If you had children along, it might be a little cramped. Great for 2-3 people. Ownership is wonderful to work with, would definitely rent again.
Thank you, David and Ahn, for hosting our stay in Brooklyn. My husband and I had a wonderful time, and your 3rd-floor apartment was perfect for our month-long visit. The apartment was spacious for Brooklyn, with plenty of windows bringing in light, and the views of Christmas lights and fresh snow were spectacular. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking over the holidays. The location was idealâjust a block from family, which made hosting our grandchildren easy. They loved the bunk beds, the toys, and the books. The in-unit laundry was a bonus. During the unusually dry and cold January, we appreciated the extra bedding and space heaters to stay cozy. One small challenge was the seating for long workdaysâthere was no desk, but it didnât hinder our stay too much, we used the dining table for double duty. The apartmentâs location also made it easy to explore Brooklyn and Manhattan. A cocktail bar across the street, two grocery stores steps away, and great shopping along 5th and 7th avenues were convenient. Several metro lines were just blocks away, making it easy to get anywhere in Manhattan while limiting transfers. We enjoyed walking to nearby spots like Gowanus for pizza, Carroll Gardens for bagels, and Brooklyn Heights for the promenade and views of Manhattan. In Park Slope, we loved dining at Al di la and Stone Park. Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum are just steps away. Wish we could stay longer. Thanks again for welcoming us into your home!
