Quaint 3 bedroom house in the pines! This property is renovated top to bottom. Has a quiet back yard to relax in after a long day on the slopes or hiking the Grand Canyon. Located in a quiet neighborhood with hiking/biking trails. 5 min drive to NAU and 10 min to downtown Flagstaff. Quick access to Sedona (less than 30 min away). Dog friendly with a fenced in dog run (additional fees for dogs: $150 if notified at reservation, $250 fee if you arrive with your pet without notification).
Tri-level house surrounded by mature trees. Fenced in dog run to keep your pet safe. Plenty of parking and a two car garage.

Great house with great layout for parents who want to give their kids a designated âplay areaâ in the front room. Great for dogs as there is a fenced portion of the house beautiful yard. Great locations. Everything is 6-10 minutes driving time.
Stayed for two days, house was great. Not far from grocery stores and a good home base to check out things around Flagstaff and the Meteor Crater. Nice to have three bedrooms, house was clean and well kept up. Nice to have second living space so the kids could watch something different or play foosball. Also appreciated that there wasn't a huge list of chores for checkout. House is in a neat area with easy access to the highway for exploring. Also got some great recommendations for area restaurants from the host!
Jeff was easy to contact and very responsive. The beds were super comfortable. The air conditioner in the living room was great to have as it was a little warm the first day. The welcome snacks were delicious. One suggestion would be a few games and puzzles. The foosball table was the nicest one Iâve ever played on. All the TVs worked great. Dishes and coffee maker where great and one of the best things is youâre allowed to park in the garage. We love the location as we went to Yacht rock concert and shopping a lot in town also we went to the Lowellâs observatory, which I highly recommend. We attended the gay pride parade and I did a three hour bike ride. What a fun seven days.
Convenient location right next to the freeway but amazingly quiet at the same time. We never heard any traffic noise, and it felt like we were in the forest with all the trees around us. The house itself is nicely and comfortably furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed our stay! Itâs a great house close to everything in flagstaff but still had a nice yard with lots of trees. The beds were nice. My kids loved the bathtub. The kitchen had what you needed plus stuff for coffee. Jeff was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!
