Host was great and very responsive to all questions in a very timely manner. Home was perfect for what we needed the large king beds in all the rooms with private bathrooms to 3 of the rooms accommodated our family great. The private fenced yard with the dog run was perfect as fenced yards are difficult to find.

Host was excellent in communication!! The house needs some attention. It is totally functional. Back door had leak when it rained. We kept finding water in the kitchen floor. I would guess it was the refrigerator. Outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Not meaning to hurt anyone’s feelings, but the furniture was on the cheaper end it appears when it was new. The back yard is a nice area and would be great with nice furniture. Some of the floors have gaps where apparently there was not enough flooring to complete the job. Not big or dangerous gaps, but still gaps. The space was good, just needs TLC to make it great. The den sofa was apparently meant to be a sectional-made in to two sofa, each with only one arm. Our toddler fell off once and came close many other times. It definitely served its purpose for us, but could use a complete overhaul.It is for sale, if someone could buy it and have a decorated come in and redo it would be excellent

Great for a family stay

Proximity to Dollywood was a big plus for us. Plenty of room for 3 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids.

The host was great with communication and very accommodating throughout our stay. The location was excellent, the hot tub was a highlight, and the property was very dog-friendly.There were a few issues that affected our experience. We noticed al lot of dust and mold in the kitchen area, and the back door was leaking. Additionally, the listing did not mention a pet weight restriction or a pet fee. Fortunately, the host was understanding and worked with us since those details were not disclosed in the listing.Overall, the property has many positives, especially for travelers with dogs, but some maintenance and listing accuracy improvements would make the experience even better.

Great option for families

Loved our stay at Emma’s Rare Find. House was comfortably furnished w/ extra pillows and blankets. Beds were very comfortable. The house is in a very convenient location, very near Dollywood. Will definitely stay here again if coming with the whole family.

Perfect for the Family

This home worked perfect for our family. Short drive to restaurants and the main strip. Had plenty of room for a family of 10 and the games were a hit with the younger members. Would definitely book again.

Nice upgrades, but needs to be maintained a little more. Spacing and wear in floor planks (could be dangerous for handicapped), Some of the cookware could be replaced, upgraded. Couple more kitchen linens and a potholder would be helpful.
