The space
As a guest, please note that we strictly adhere to Airbnb's no event/party policy. However, we do allow family gatherings of up to 30 people with a maximum of 16 guests staying overnight. We kindly request that there be no parties, DJs, loud music, or moving of furniture to ensure that our neighbors and the neighborhood are not disturbed.

The property features 2 circular driveways, private gated estate, and sits on 2.9 acres. With over 7400 sq/ft of living space in the main home, a guest home with 1569 sq/ft, and a private gym overlooking the pool and waterfall, this property has everything you need to unwind and relax. Plus, there's a tennis court, basketball court, running track, pool table and so much more to enjoy during your stay.

You have full access to the entire property, which can comfortably accommodate 20 guests for sleeping. 3 air mattress in living room.
Other things to note
As our guest, please note the following important information:

-The Grill: Please ensure to fill up the gas tank and clean it after each use, we will charge you $250 additional to clean the grill.

-The Yard: We are currently working on landscaping and may have workers on the property from time to time. We will give prior notice to avoid any inconvenience.

-The Water System: The entire area operates on a well system, and there is no city water. We just installed two new deep wells in the house. There is no water in the refrigerator, the ice maker works perfectly. In the event of any short interruption, please inform us immediately, and we appreciate your understanding.

-The Pool: We just installed a brand new heated pool on the property, Please be advised that the pool is not covered.

-The Community: Our property is situated in an Equestrian community, and our neighbors own horses. To respect their peaceful environment, we kindly ask that there be no loud noise, music, or fireworks. Thank you for your cooperation.
