Great house with a lot of care going into it. Pool and dock are awesome amenities close to CR amenities via car or boat.

This was an excellent location in Crystal River. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a Crystal River trip.

Such a perfect spot! The home was beautiful, as pictured and so well appointed: w/laundry, pool toys, kayaks, cooking items, plenty of towels, etc. Darlene is the a terrific host too. Highly recommend.

Absolutely had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything you need is right here! Lovely and clean house, very spacious! All the amenities from the kitchen, bathrooms laundry, outdoor area was top notch! If you’re looking to bring your boat, perfect place. We have 25 ft boat and had no issues! Great location to put in the boat and storing the trailer at the house was a plus! Our favorite was having the pool! Fishing and scalloping all day and then swimming when we got back was great! Lots of great restaurants close by! Don’t hesitate on this property! Darlene our host was right there for any thing we needed from the start! Loved our trip, thanks again for making our visit a memorable one!

This place is awesome, between the pool and the deck (fishing), the kids had a great time and so did the adults. We did day trips to Weeki Wachee, Homosassa, Rainbow River and more, and this was a great--centrally located and amenities to help keep everyone entertained and relaxed in the evenings. Darlene is very communicative and the place is very clean and seemed to have everything we needed. I found the place to be nicer than the photos.

Gorgeous Crystal River Home!

This home is the perfect layout with upgraded finishes, beautifully decorated and in a great location. The pool was the perfect relief from the hot days and the boat dock was big enough for multiple boats. The owner was so sweet and went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing stay. This house is a 10 out of 10 and we’d definitely stay here again!!

Lovely Home

Lovely home, amazingly clean and pet free. Everything we needed to have a nice family getaway. Well stocked chef's kitchen, where we all could gather. Also, several kayaks to use. Owners were very nice and attentive.

Geoffrey and his family were wonderful guests. The home was left very clean, no damage, and my neighbors said they were very quiet. Geoffrey let us know there was a small leak in the main bathroom drain, he turned off the water supply to it, and left a note in the sink not to use. I hope they return some time.

Five star property. Excellent communication with the owners from booking to check out. Beautiful home with everything you can ask for to make vacation easy - from dryer sheets and detergent, to coffee pods and sweeteners, Darlene and Aaron made sure to have the details covered. Comfortable beds and furniture. Excellent floorplan and setup. We 100% will be back to this home again :)

High end quality large home

I wish I could give this house more than 5 stars! Everything has been thought of by the owner. Anything I needed was there. The space in the house was great for the 7 adults that were together for a rainy week when we were homebound. The quality of the furnishings were high end and very well appointed. Very clean!!!! We will definitely be back!!!

This house is amazing! Everything was spotless including the outside area. The host was great and very informative, even told us about a concert in the downtown area. Kitchen was very well stocked, only thing I didn’t find was a toaster, but the toaster oven worked great. Pool stayed clear, pool cleaner never got in the way we just kinda tucked it to the side during the day. Dock has power, water, and plenty of room to tie up anything you have. Deep water, just make sure that you can fit in tight spaces, some of the houses on the way to the dock at tied up a little closer than normal because of construction. I have a 9ft beam boat and had plenty of room. We had a family member with us that is in a wheelchair that got around just fine. We did bring a small ramp for the front door, and door to the screened in porch and he had no issue getting in or out. Plenty of room for parking trailer if needed. This is my first stay with this host in Crystal River, and I will definitely stay again!

What a gem !! The host was amazing and very accommodating . The house is decorated so beautifully and the outside patio area was wonderful for enjoying the evening by the pool . The boat dock was easy to access and just a wonderful place to stay. The location can not be beat ! Next to just about everything. I will definitely be staying again .

This property was amazing. It has such great touches. We really felt comfortable and at home for our entire stay. Saying we didn't want to leave was an understatement. Communication was amazing and we were even able to get into the home earlier than expected. We can't wait to book again for our trip next year.
