We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Thankfully, we were able to get the Wi-Fi issue resolved within 20 minutes of being notified. We also arranged for our handyman to address the fireplace while you were out, but unfortunately, the issue resurfaced. We later identified and resolved a battery issue that was causing the problem. We understand how disappointing this was, especially since the fireplace was an important part of your decision to book. We take our guests’ comfort seriously and appreciate your feedback.
